Very unsatisfied. Very unprofessional and rude. They came very late.( trafic) ok no problem. They wanted to drop my dog at another time because of personal issues I refused. They dropped my dog with the wrong bag and missing stuff in it I had to call them to come back and still missing object. She sent me a very long message telling me they are not a courier but the contract was saying a small bag 25lbs which I respected. And after giving back my stuff she says I'm now having a bowl that does not belong to me while i have pictures.The contract also said if I make them wait up to 30min I'll pay extra $50 but they made me wait for hours I did not get no decrease in the bill right?! Very unprofessional and rude.
