Two of my puppies headed to Chicago a month ago with driver Angie. She was so nice when she came to the house. When I asked where she would sleep with the dogs can said truck stops. The dogs never left the car. For five days she drove around the United States with my two little puppies. Picking up and dropping off dogs everywhere. Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday and by Monday morning my perfectly healthy baby shih tzu died. No explanation. No reimbursement for the loss of dog. I asked her to have dog examined and that I would pay for it. She claimed she had and vet said there was nothing they could do. When I called that vet they said there was no exam done and that she refused. Just stood in office with my dead dog. She dropped off the other shih tzu on Tuesday night to my friend in Chicago. I text her a few days later asking her to file a claim with her pet insurance and never heard back. Said she was traumatized. Citizenshipper locked there account for two days. It’s a shame. Sad because I really trusted Angie and would expect I’d something I gave someone to deliver wasn’t delivered I would be reimbursed. Honestly the way they drive across the country and sleep in gas stations makes me sick now. I’ll never use this service again. The dog that passed away was completely healthy. The most beautiful and strongest pup of the bunch. Be careful who you trust.

BUYER BEWARE!! I would give zero stars if I could, where do I even begin?? Started off great… they worked wirh me on pricing and availability but responses were somewhat slow. I was surprised to discover that there was another participant apart of the transaction after I booked. We agreed to meet at the airport at a specific location and time and when I spoke to the second guy, he wasn’t even aware of the rendezvous time or location (and that was the boss!) At the airport, they lied and said they passed by the location I was in, but there was no descripted vehicle ever present where I was. They lied a second time and even went as far to say they spoke to a security guard that I was standing next to THE ENTIRE TIME. Not to mention, VERY rude, disrespectful, SCAMMERS, NO communication, and they were even late! Lmao Unprofessional time wasters who make you feel like you’re being scammed. STAY AWAY!! Shame on the business owners and on Citizenshipper for approving this fake operation.

After Chad picked up our pup, he provided several texts and calls with info including location, pictures of Abby, and other info about her. His love of dogs (and other animals } was obvious.
