Matt transported three 50 lb rescue dogs from Dallas to Idaho safely and in a timely manner. His van/transport set up is efficient and comfortable. this lady showed up about six hours late after not being able to get a hold of her. That was the only puppy she was taking so wasn’t like she had other drop offs or anything she was just six hours late. She showed up with her two grandchildren in the car. In the picture my buyer had received the dogs ears were taped up whenever she showed up here she started an argument with me about how these dogs ears worn up, whenever Yorkshire terrier‘s teeth they lose calcium therefore their ears can drop etc. and she told me that she was a breeder for whatever long. My buyer and I already had everything under control and this was none of her business however she sat there in my driveway for about 25 minutes Whenever her job was just a transport. Whenever I told her she did not have to take the dog if she was comfortable with it and to give me the dog back she then continue to drive off and to make a nasty remarks to me. This lady has an awful attitude she never updated me whenever the dog was delivered. I have used a mini shippers and I’ve never had the problems that I had with this lady I highly do not recommend her

Jocelyn loves animals & seemed to relate very quickly to Biscuit. He is a rescue and wary of new people, but he adapted well to Jocelyn. The only problem was the timing for pickup & delivery. Pickup was scheduled very early in the morning and delivery was scheduled between 9 p.m. and 2 a.m. Not very convenient times for an 89-year-old. Both times were revised somewhat, however.

She showed up early for the pickup, spent several minutes bonding with her, and even brought dog treats. Idaho is quite the distance from Georgia, which is where Zoey would be dropped off. It meant the world to me that Becki would take the time to send frequent updates and photos of Zoey as they made this cross country trip together. I never felt uneasy or worried over the type of care Zoey was receiving.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I spent more than a week planning all of the details of an across-the-country move with this person, including packing all of my valuables and my near-and-dear dog. Everything was planned down to the hour. The day of the move, HE COMPLETELY GHOSTED Refused to pick up calls Refused to text No explanation, nothing. I had to take off the rest of the week of the work to move everything across the country in a UHaul. This is a literal piece of shit. Avoid at all costs.

This whole shipping a pet process and experience is gnu to my family. The experience with David and his team could not have been any better or more satisfactory. There were several logistical challenges to picking up our pet from an animal control center in California and having Rocco deliver all the way to Alabama. David Concord each of those obstacles and made the process very comfortable and stress-free. His fee was reasonable for the transportation. He definitely went out of his way and above and beyond the call of duty to make this a stress free experience. If we could give him 10 stars for this whole experience I would do so without hesitation. To anyone considering utilizing his services, I can attest to our experience being win-win and I think yours will be also. Highly highly recommend!

I was extremely satisfied with Barbara and her driving team, Rachel and Mickey. This was my first time using a pet transport service as I usually take my dog either in air cargo or he rides with me in the car when I go on assignment as a traveling nurse. I did a lot of research exploring my best options although, I remained hesitant about shipping my precious boy from Washington state to Louisiana. Would they take good care of him; would he have to be kenneled for the 30+ hour drive; what if something happened along the way; was I making the right decision? All these questions and more ran through my mind. Within minutes of posting my request for Koda's transportation, I received a lot of bids. It seemed crazy the wide range in prices but what I was looking for was not just the cost. I was looking for positive, timely communication from a company I would ultimately choose. Out of the dozen or so options I had. Barbara was the most commutative and put my fears to rest. Koda would have the option of riding in a kennel or on his bed in the back. I choose for this 119# big boy to have some freedom on his bed. With other transporters, this was not an option. Barbara and I arranged for pickup with Rachel and Mickey...Koda was on his way. Barbara provided a GPS app so I could track where he was and it also had a crash alert if there was a wreck. During the entire 4 day journey, I was sent pictures and videos of Koda which alleviated any concerns I may have had. My boy even got along with the other dogs and cats that were being transported with him at various points along the way. Thank you Barbara, Rachel, and Mickey for taking such great care of Koda and me!!! I will be sharing your information with my nurse recruiters as they are always interested in pet transport services for traveling nurses.

Denny took my pets from Chicago to Bellevue in a breeze. He sent updates 2 or 3 times per day, walking my dog and making sure he gets some exercise. My pets arrived safe and happy after 4 days. Thank you Sue and Steve for going through one of the most difficult and challenging moves ever. Not only did Sue comfort me when I was extremely stressed out about how to get my nine cats across country from CA to TN but she listened to my tales of woe about how our original house fell through and we only had 2 weeks to find a new house. Steve was our kitties’s patient and calm driver. I know this was a difficult and crazy challenge to transport 9 nutty cats in one vehicle. But he managed it somehow and got them to us safely and unscathed. He even made it in record time because he wanted to make sure the kitties didn’t get overly stressed out. He texted me throughout the trip to give me updates on how they were all doing and I was so happy that they all started to relax after the first day. Picked up the motorcycle a day earlier than expected and delivered the same day he picked it up. Tremendous communication letting me know where he was along his route. Made it right on time to drop off the bike. Brand new enclosed trailer and professional support and tie down system was impressive and the bike was delivered undamaged and in perfect condition. Motorcycle came from an auction yard and they couldn't find the key and Southern Cross (Will) took some extra time in an effort to find the key. Well appreciated effort on my behalf. Sue was able to bring my two dogs to me safe and sound despite the winter weather driving condition. One of my pups get carsick and was afraid this would cause problems but Sue was more than accommodating. She also took time to get to know them prior to leaving with them. I’m so happy she didn’t make the journey in one day as this was safest option due to the snowstorm she was under.
