I put 5/5 stars: I would give 4.5 but that wasn't an option. Tammy seems very caring for our dog who was very comfortable riding in the middle seat sling which is what she's used to. She is a busy lady who capitalizes on her route to accommodate several clients and thereby can give a good rate. Her vehicle is large enough to have small crates in the back and a large dog in the middle sling seat. The GPS often didn't work which can be frustrating if you're a helicopter dog mom like me but some of that is technology that can't be helped. Photos and phone calls helped alleviate concerns. Our dog was a good traveler and easy going so she didn't seem to mind the week long trek. She was happy and well nourished on arrival. I would recommend Tammy and ask to be made aware of her planned itinerary (or any changes). If you're flexible with times for your pet she can work with your costs.

I heard nothing back from them, or the driver until *I* texted them the day of pickup. Supposedly the driver had cancelled and not called me. Poor communication. I literally thought I got scammed, turned out they just have poor communication skills. Now I have to rent a uhaul just to drive my cat across the country by myself as a 22 year old girl. Mannie took it upon himself to call the seller and speak with her for me. He called me back immediately, saying that it seemed to him this was a legitimate transaction. This was such a relief. I cannot thank you enough Mannie. I was asking for my puppy to be transported from Alabama to the Space Coast of Florida. He immediately added me to his transport schedule without any hesitation. I never had to worry about anything while Mannie was in charge. He kept me apprised of every step, before, during, and after he delivered my sweet 14 week old Cavalier King Charles puppy. Mannie sent me pictures, videos, called me as well as e-mailing me. Sound like alot? It absolutely was not while anxiously awaiting for the delivery of my new family member. Please do your research. Get someone who you can track. You are not getting Matt. Once I booked communications became a struggle. I asked him to call me on the phone to discuss the transport and he never did. Only messages thru this site I think this is just some type of generic shipping. It took 48 hrs to go from Alabama to queens/Long Island border. There was only 2 dogs in transit. My transporter also never sent a pic and only called us once after having to reach out to “Matt”. We got 2 texts from her and her male companion. The most disturbing is that my dog didn’t eat the ENTIRE time. 48 hrs!!! There was no reason 2 people needed that long to do this transport. One of the text was they were in Erie PA. Completely out if the way. We were besides ourself. There’s nothing “Matt” can say the will justify anything. Please don’t tell me the dog choose not to eat for 2 days. When he got to us he was shaking and we couldn’t get him to come out of the carrier. Never again.

We found Citizen Shipper and didn’t look any further. The site is easy to navigate and lead us to the perfect carrier, Risa. She was extremely articulate and covered all my questions and then some! From pick up to drop off it went perfectly. They sent adorable pictures of Max’s trip along the way. Citizen Shipper and our carrier was the one thing we didn’t worry about in our relocation from Rhode Island to South Carolina!

This shipper is great! Picked up my pooch and delivered him very happy and safe. Even though they ran into numerous weather slow downs and had to arrive later than anticipated, they were very good at communicating and making sure I knew what was going on. If I ever need to ship another pet I hope they are around. Thank you for bringing Buddy to me safely.

Exceptional service. Very communicative from the beginning to help us fully understand how this works. Patient to answer questions, and very responsive and timely to getting to final agreement to taking our furry family member Maggie from SC to Kansas on a 24-hour turnaround! But what was even better was how Tiffany greeted Maggie, gave her attention and a treat when she met her, and made us completely comfortable with her taking good care of Maggie. Tiffany shared location, provided some really cute pictures of Maggie along the way and made it like a Maggie/Tiffany’s great adventures text updates. She had Maggie to our family in Kansas even before predicted time. Cannot say enough of how great Tiffany was in our first ever need to transport Maggie to her new home. For a beloved pet you cannot find a more caring travel companion!! We highly recommend!!!

I would recommend Melissa and Riley to anyone! The communication was fantastic from initial contact all the way through drop off. Riley delivered our 3 month old puppy to us and made sure to share updates along the way. When our puppy arrived he was "all smiles". We are extremely appreciative of the care Melissa and Riley provided during this service.
