I put 5/5 stars: I would give 4.5 but that wasn't an option. Tammy seems very caring for our dog who was very comfortable riding in the middle seat sling which is what she's used to. She is a busy lady who capitalizes on her route to accommodate several clients and thereby can give a good rate. Her vehicle is large enough to have small crates in the back and a large dog in the middle sling seat. The GPS often didn't work which can be frustrating if you're a helicopter dog mom like me but some of that is technology that can't be helped. Photos and phone calls helped alleviate concerns. Our dog was a good traveler and easy going so she didn't seem to mind the week long trek. She was happy and well nourished on arrival. I would recommend Tammy and ask to be made aware of her planned itinerary (or any changes). If you're flexible with times for your pet she can work with your costs.

Had scheduled a driver to pick up my cat on the 16th of December to deliver across the country, paid $125 deposit on the website as well as Venmo. I heard nothing back from them, or the driver until *I* texted them the day of pickup. Supposedly the driver had cancelled and not called me. Poor communication. I literally thought I got scammed, turned out they just have poor communication skills. Now I have to rent a uhaul just to drive my cat across the country by myself as a 22 year old girl. Definitely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Gina did a FANTASTIC job transporting our 2 very large Cane Corsos (Mastiffs) from California to Ohio. She kept in contact with us since the day we booked the transport. She called us multiple times, sent us pictures of the vehicle they would be transported in and picked them up exactly on time. Gina kept us updated all along the way and sent pictures. She walked them, took them to dog parks and gave them a super comfortable place to sleep in her spacious sprinter van. Let me start by saying Mannie is the best both personally and professionally. In the beginning I was a bit leery regarding the seller, thinking that this may be a scam. Mannie took it upon himself to call the seller and speak with her for me. He called me back immediately, saying that it seemed to him this was a legitimate transaction. This was such a relief. I cannot thank you enough Mannie. I was asking for my puppy to be transported from Alabama to the Space Coast of Florida. He immediately added me to his transport schedule without any hesitation. Please do your research. Get someone who you can track. You are not getting Matt. Once I booked communications became a struggle. I asked him to call me on the phone to discuss the transport and he never did. Only messages thru this site I think this is just some type of generic shipping. It took 48 hrs to go from Alabama to queens/Long Island border. There was only 2 dogs in transit. My transporter also never sent a pic and only called us once after having to reach out to “Matt”. We got 2 texts from her and her male companion. The most disturbing is that my dog didn’t eat the ENTIRE time. 48 hrs!!! There was no reason 2 people needed that long to do this transport. One of the text was they were in Erie PA. Completely out if the way. We were besides ourself. There’s nothing “Matt” can say the will justify anything. Please don’t tell me the dog choose not to eat for 2 days. When he got to us he was shaking and we couldn’t get him to come out of the carrier. Never again.

First thing is that we were scared to death. The breeder of my Siamese kitten and I. We had never used a pet transport service. Deanna never lost patience with us. Josie was as professional as they come and transported our 4 dogs from IL to FL. I asked that this drive be done in 30 hours (giving her time to rest as needed for her safety and the animals, and she did just that. It’s a grueling ride for humans let alone dogs and the dogs were cared for and loved on as they were very content upon arrival. I would most definitely recommend her to drive your fur babies. Our oldest dog is almost 12 and very arthritic and she made sure he was comfortable throughout the entire ride.

He transported my pit mix almost 1,000 miles from SC to northern NY, the middle of absolute nowhere and in a lake effect storm in December. Christina was terrific about keeping in touch, sent wonderful snaps and videos, and she provided a Google locator link so I could track them all along the way down.
