Lois took fantastic care of our 10-year-old French Bulldog. The communication was wonderful-she sent us multiple pictures and videos and texted us with any questions/concerns. He is from NH and my animal was from ME so it made it that much easier on my mind about the commute for my cat. I contemplated giving a lower score due to the fact times kept drastically changing, but his overall service was spot on. And it's a feat to impress my aunt, which he did. Gemini got to her safely and he was a happy boy the whole way which is all I can ask for. I'm glad I went with him even though I got a bid lower than his, what he provides is worth it. I would just say time management does need to be worked on, and if you can't get somewhere in the timeframe provided then don't pick up more jobs to make you even more late.

My cattle dog is a major ball hound, and they patiently threw his ball at their stops to ensure his happiness. They had him over Christmas, and even got him a special present. Several days before the pick up date, Justin drove an hour out of his way to meet us in person and meet our dog, Queen. We immediately had a connection and we could tell within minutes that he is truly a dog lover and takes his job/responsibilities seriously. Mediocre service. The interaction with the booking agent was solid. Quick and professional. Once their driver, who is probably a contractor and not a FTE, he was really unprofessional. First of all he told me he showed up late, even after calling a couple of hours before to confirm the time. He then showed up in a Uhaul van to pick up the dogs. When I told him him this was unacceptable, his response was, " It's OK, I've done this before." Scary. I called the booker and shared my concern. She was not aware their driver was in a uhaul. She said she would contact the driver and find out what's happening. After finding out the plan was to drive for several hours then transition to a different vehicle. I asked for photographs of the new vehicle once they transitioned but never got any. I reached out to the Elton, the driver, after about 12 hours and asked for an update. He said he didnt send pics because he was asleep and his friend was driving. I reached out to the booker and asked why i wasnt getting updates. She let me know that she doesnt want her drivers to text and drive. This was an indication she was unaware there were two drivers. Anyway, this poor communication from Elton continued for the next several days. I had to keep reaching out to him for updates with nothing but excuses from Elton along the way. In summary, the job got done but the driver wasn't great at communicating. Next time i will ask the company i hire better questions upfront about who their staff are. Definitely wouldn't use this company again. Sorry guys.

Working with Cassie was a less than desirable outcome. I unfortunately had to re-home one of my dogs, and although I knew the place she was going was great for her; her journey was not what I would have hoped for. First I told was she would be riding with “two cattle dogs”, but when she showed up, there were two dogs in cages in the back of her jeep and then two dogs loose in the front seat. So 5 dogs total in a Jeep. Had she not lied to me, I probably wouldn’t have booked her. My girl was a Dutch shepherd under 2 years, and when I asked if she had any experience with this breed, she said “my son will be with me and he’s 6’2” 240lbs”. While that had nothing to do with my question, her son wasn’t with her (the 2 loose dogs in the in the front seat instead). I was told my girl was eating fine and happy, even though she showed up underweight and had rubbed her nose raw. I understand long travel with strangers would be stressful, but it’s the lack of honesty that was the worst part. Overall, she wasn’t honest for most of our experience, which only added to the stress and emotions of having to re-home a dog. You get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t recommend working with Cassie.

Never use this company they lost my papillon and will not return my text or call they just left 20 hours after they picked her up they called and said she escaped, 1 mile from where they picked her up 20 hours before, don’t know what JJ was doing for 20 hours, he said resting? Really something is fishy and he left. She is a 6 lb papillon out in the freezing cold for over 2 days didn’t even offer to hire a tracker

Tommy seems to be a very nice man. I started requesting a transport 3 months before my date. I gave him a range of dates to arrange pickup of a 85 pound German Shepherd. We agreed to Dec 20th a month in advance. With the option of getting Jax a few days early if weather was a concern. During our communication Tommy mentioned his primary van was having engine problems. He said he would have to see which vehicle he would chose, so he had something reliable. I asked for an arrival time, Tommy said he would let me know when he got closer, but he was leaving Alabama on 17th/18th for a pick up on the 20th in Seattle? On Monday he said got a late start and he was only in Oklahoma. He text me 3 times Monday night through Tuesday morning- 1st to say he was arriving At midnight, the. He would arrive at 2am and at 8:30am the day of the pick up, he canceled due to engine problems. I am not writing this review in anger, i just felt others should be aware. My Christmas plans were ruined. I was going to be on the east coast for a month with my children. It was too late to find a substitute. Due to Tommy mentioning vehicle issues in November, not leaving early enough to get To me, and finally canceling on the day of pickup, I would be very careful about using his transportation.

I didn’t actually use this shipper but booked him. So we talked at first discussed Price and everything, communication was great and instant. I booked him approx 2weeks after our first communication the everything pretty much just ceased. I spoke with brandon who said that he works with his boss, who was suppose to call but didn’t. I asked for the number didnt get the number to the boss. I’m confused on why one person takes the booking but can’t give you a exact date or time for pick up. This shipper giving me scam vibes so i would be weary. you can’t upload screen shots, but i texted no response, then call no answer, i get a text back saying he was in the restroom. Again be weary because once you book you can’t switch drivers until this platform gets involved which is a whole nother hassle. pretty much the communication sucks, and you pretty much on they time, or when ever they feel like it. See previous review I can understand. but yeah def scam vibes. Oh no i have no paid him the half he requires, i spoke with him and told him i will pay that once he arrives to pick up my dog. which was fine so payment was not the issue. Communication is the key

Overall, the experience was mediocre at best. The first half of the engagement was communicative and flexible around deposit and timing. Communication got worse as we neared pick up day. (They communicated they would be early, I advised I would not be ready but would try to be, they assured me that was a non issue). The day of Anthony messaged me and let me know he had a flat and would be delayed by a day and arrive at 8am the next day. Around 10am the next day I received a text stating he was almost there. Pickup was fine for the first half, because they were early, I had other commitments that day (one meeting), I was delayed on my arrival and Anthony needed some help loading some large items, He was upset (it was cold/rainy/dark) however I explained this much earlier in the process (after they asked for flex) and on his arrival. Because of this the second half of the trailer was packed terribly, in anyone's standards. (stay with your movers the entire time, no one cares for your stuff more then yourself). Deliver was ok, I reminded Dominic that my payment would be on a specific date and knowing the industry (they will hold your shipment until you have the deposit) I let them know so they could hold it if they needed (we would have avoided this had the original times been met). Not a big deal, I expected it, but also expected mutual flex as it was granted on our end). On the agreed upon delivery date, we waited, and waited, and received a text near the end of the day that he had blown a few more tires (again) and would be in the next day around 8am-11am. 11am comes and no texts, received a text shortly after stating he was “3 hours out”. So we waited. On arrival I had my wife keep track and take pictures of damage (I saw the way the back was loaded and on delivery we had to hold things up before we could get things out). The first half of the unload (he did by himself) was damaged, a majority of items had abrasion/chips out of wood/cracks/some cheaper furniture broke which was not a big deal, nothing had blankets just underneath (less the first half of the load). Once we got to the last half (the half I was there for), things were packed much nicer and solid. I let Anthony know my qualms at the end of the delivery, communication was not something I experienced unlike the other reviews. Overall, it was a mediocre experience but as I stated “you get what you pay for” having done $20k+ moves and sub $5k moves, his bid compared to others was in the middle. Would I use Alpha Elite Logistics to move my things again, yes, however not a trailer load of house wares. 3/5 stars, they are good people, served in our military, and are young business owners and are building towards being customer centric. Communication needs fixing, expectations set during conversation, and maybe a bit more grace if you ask for flex but arrive late and end up staying late. Timing, it seemed like a lot of time was underestimated, A lot of things that were conversed over the app seemed to not hit Anthony or if they did, he was unable to track(he apologized for this). We got our stuff; they didn't try to hold it hostage or add charges on delivery. But remember folks, if they are not registered with their state DOT, there is little recourse should “crap hit the fan”. We are not looking for compensation, it's a mutual lesson.

I would give Kerry 100 stars if I could! She is a lifesaver and a true professional in every way. From the moment we were in contact, she was organized, efficient and a woman of her word.
