I was very happy with this service and wouldn't think twice before recommending them. I used him as I was moving interstate. He helped me with not just my sweet mouse of a cat, but some plants that were sentimental I wanted to bring across the states with me and arrive alive. He also transported an aired for me as I'd be in the new home 2 weeks with no furniture. I already had a carry on with essentials, and mailed the pet friendly hotel my first stop a cat care package with all my furry best friend would need. I actually found him trying to ship my plants only to later learn my original pet courier, wouldn't work out. Once I told him the quoted price- he matched it. We added the plants for a beyond reasonable amount. I was shocked to see when he arrived he was in the front seat my cat, was just chilling out with him getting petted in a car-with dogs! His (the driver) has a warm friendly calm demeanor. Is prepared and on time. When I accidentally left my phone in the state I moved from, Covid had the hotel computer from being used. I didn't have a car yet, I couldn't reach him. But, I'd given him all my info and he called the hotel. I was right in the lobby, trying g to come up with a plan when he called. Phew! He was on the way. I'd hated not being in touch. I had all my travel info written down but his #. But he was great. Helped me carry everything in. My cat was even so calm coming into the hotel. Mind you, he's NEVER traveled before except the vet. Doesn't like cars or dogs. The driver doesnt employ litter box's. But I can honestly understand this as having driving with a cat from Florida, they just don't use it. I asked if my cat relieved himself at all. He did, but the carrier was cleaned immediately. So my guy didn't sit or stand in it- it was evident. Great work k9lives

Safely got my babies clear across the country. He was great at keeping us in the loop, even through some mechanical challenges that caused a slight delay; I knew my babies were happy and safe. He does take multiple animals at a time, so if your fur baby plays well with others, you only have to pack the essentials and this is a fantastic option.

I was hesitant to book with Mari, due to having other companies reach out that had way more shipments and way more reviews. In Mari’s message, she hit all of the bullet points you typically want answered when looking for someone to transport your loved one. She also let me know that she’s just starting to try this full time. I took a leap and trusted Mari, and I am so glad I did. She offered for Life 360 tracking. She coordinated the pick up with the breeder so I didn’t have to play middle man, she purchased the same food she was on so her tummy wasn’t upset for the long journey ahead. She was flexible when scheduling pick up and drop off. She let me know there were hazardous road conditions which were going to cause delays. I have used citizenshipers before and this one has been my favorite experience so far. It was a pleasure working with her, and if I have to transport another animal I will definitely be reaching back out to Mari in the future.

First off I want to say how fast Aaron is with response. His pricing is very fair as well. He delivered my bike same day from the dealer straight to us! Kevin was amazing! Transported our Rottweiler and our chihuahua/dachshund mix from WA to AZ. Great communication the whole way—we got updates and pictures along the trip. Dogs arrived happy to our new house! This is what he does, and he’s great at it. We felt heard when discussing all of our dog’s quirks and personalities, which helped us feel at ease about sending our dogs on this trip. He really made us feel great about his experience, and he interacted great with the dogs. They loved him! Definitely felt like he does this because he likes dogs and driving—took them hiking for a break along the way! It felt more like he was hanging out with our dogs on the trip, rather than just getting here as fast as he could. Great service, great communication, and we truly felt like he loves what he does. Great team!!! Mike reached out right away to address the delivery for my new Samoyed puppy from Utah to Connecticut. He was able to work out something specifically to fit my needs and budget while accommodating dates for travel. Christina and Joe actually traveled across country with him. They took special care of him along the way especially since he is a young puppy and can’t be around other dogs. Along the way they would text or call letting me where they were and update the expected arrival. The best was getting photos of how he was doing. When he arrived they took our first family photo together and made it even more special. Shawn and Julia drove our Shiba Inu puppy, Max, from Texas to northern Michigan. We couldn't have asked for better care or service. They had a cancellation and were able to pick up the next day and only stopped one night and delivered the next afternoon. They always kept me posted on their location with an app and sent plenty of photos of Max on the frequent breaks and rest stops. Max arrived safe, happy and healthy. If I could put zero I would! These women had excuses for days and then blocked my number when I wanted a refund after the job wasn’t being completed. Then when my husband tried to contact them they lied and said wrong number. It’s unfortunate how dishonest people are these days. Karey and her husband are awesome! I'm so very happy with my experience with these wonderful people. They really care about your fur babies and understand that they are your family. Karey transported five of my kitties, from North Carolina to Texas, and they arrived safe and pretty chilled out. I wish that I had used Karey last time as the people we used then just crammed as many pets into carriers their vehicle could take. Karey let my cats out so they could relax, kept in regular contact and sent us pictures throughout. They also adjusted their arrival time as my husband was at work. Hunter transport 2 of my dogs across the country and took great care of them. I never had to worry how they were doing. Also the gps tracking showing where they were is a huge relief to see when you’ve just let your dogs go with someone you’ve never met before. He always took the initiative to send photos so I didn’t have to worry about asking and bothering him. In the 4 days he had them I received 60 photos and good communication. I would definitely recommend and even book with him myself if needed in the future!

Monique was amazing. She delivered two HUGE tortoises to me. She made them a comfy home and bought grass to lay on top of a tarp in her back seat. If I could give more stars I would. Mike and Caitlin were FANTASTIC with my girls, to the point I think they liked them more than they have ever liked me (JK) ;-).
