I hired Brian and Jennifer because of my mobility challenges, and because we caravanned on the trip I got to know them both and how they care for animals. The first thing i want to say is that they are not “hillbillies.” Brian is the night manager at a local grocery store, and Jennifer, an experienced rescue volunteer, drives professionally around the KC metropolitan area making various deliveries. They are both lovely and caring people to work with. My shy boy and my bird made right up with them. Jennifer had a sixth sense about animal handling, and Brian was a master at packing in addition to being protective of his charges and thoroughly capable of handling any unexpected problems that arose on our long trip. They were the nicest, most accommodating people on earth. Because of them, the trip was fun and worry free. I recommend them unreservedly.

SW airlines wouldn’t let us bring our 12 wk puppy from AZ to OR they day we arrived to the airport for our flight. We were extremely stressed because of how inconveniencing and not accommodating the airline company was. So we had to make last minute arrangements to accommodate transferring our puppy. We were extremely ambivalent about trusting a stranger to do this, but Shawn put our minds at ease. He sent us photos of our puppy everyday and promptly responded with us. He was able to pick up our dog within 24 hours of being in touch with him. We were so relieved when he arrived with Tucker, and Tucker was sad to see him leave!

I would have given no stars but I didn’t have the option. Please don’t ever use this company to ship your pet. I was told my dog would arrive in 4-6 days I felt that was too long but I agreed. I didn’t recieve my dog until 10 days. At 9 pm .My dog looked as if she hadn’t eaten in days . She lost weight she was so thristy trying to drink out of the toilet. Something she never does. Her foot and back paws looked as if she had been walking on glass. Rash all over. A dried up bloody knot on her elbow. I was told they had accident while on the road. (Hit a deer) it was just a horrible experience waiting for my dog and keep getting pushed back every day. They say u get what u pay for and this is why they are so cheap!!! Wish I could post pictures

Ultimately, our dog was transported from our location to another, and it was a done for a reasonable price with very fast response considering the last minute deal it all was. So five stars is worthy. I can’t say they were the best at communicating an times did change a lot. But again, considering the time sensitivity, they made it happen and Omar was really kind. So don’t expect it to be perfect, but the job gets done, and we appreciate it.

My 86 yr old mom's dear dog arrived safe and sound, for which I am so grateful; I literally had two days to either drop the dog off at a shelter or try to find a transporter who wasn't charging as much as business class on a plane to Europe. Manny was personable and friendly and seemed explained everything in advance. The only thing I was not prepared for was having to be flexible about timing; with traffic, rest stops, and of course, animals involved, I get it; both pick-up and drop off were in the middle of the night, and the GPS tracking was not really working so updates weren't as timely as I would have liked. I appreciated the daily videos of the dog at rest stops and dog parks along the 3,000 mile route; Manny knew that what I cared about most of all was the safe and reasonable priced transport he was providing across country, and he delivered as promised. The transport van wasn't overcrowded, he had another driver to swap off with, and the animals seemed relatively calm considering they were away from their loved ones for days. Satisfied and of-so-very grateful customer! Manny, you saved a doggie's life!

Hello All, Rosie exceeded our expectations! It is an understatement to say that she cared for our dogs as if they were here own! She sent more updates and pictures then originally discussed and she communicated to a level that was so thoughtful and helpful for us. During the trip, one of our dogs had a major upset stomach which i am sure made for an unpleasant time for the driver. Rosie had to stop and clean her car a handful of times. The sick pup also resulted in Rosie having to stop three times as much to let the dog out. During this 12 - 16 hours, Rosie always kept a positive attitude and honestly dont know how she did it! I would highly recommend Rosie. She is a very special person and clearly has a major love for animals!

First of all- h didn’t even know a service like this existed till I was desperate and started googling. Holly was nothing short of amazing!!
