NOT RELIABLE. 0 Stars. This driver did not show up to transport my dog. I booked this service to pick up my dog from my ex wife in New York and bring her to Chicago. The driver was very responsive at first then the day of the pick up he did not message or call and completely ghosted me and customer service for citizen shipper. I don’t know how he’s even still on this site. I almost lost my dog forever…in my divorce papers it stated I would be responsible for my dog come end of May and if I could not get her then my ex would surrender her. I had to drive to New York and back in one day just so I didn’t lose her forever. DO NOT BOOK WITH HIM. He did not refund my deposit and now I’m filing a police report for theft because that’s a lot of money that he stole and he has no remorse. Citizen shipper customer service was externally unhelpful during the whole process, I wouldn’t trust this platform at all.

Im not sure where to begin besides saying that talisa was our miracle of getting our dog home to me up in washington. She drove from georgia down to lake jackson texas where i was living and picked up my boxer zora. We were 1 day away from having to rehome our baby girl and the night before talisa contacted me and ensured me i was in good hands. She drove zora from Texas to washington and charged me as little as she could and i will be forever grateful for her. If you are unsure about people transporting your fur babys i guarantee she is the choice to make. Through the dark talisa reached out and gave me a ray of hope, she was our guardian angel getting my baby girl home to us.
