If you ever have a a bid come through from Major Movers, take it. James communicated each morning and evening moving my trailer from Florida to Colorado and was on time. If you're looking at Rodney's page, you know the drill by now. Rodney scammed me and left my dog left stranded in a shelter. Because of Rodney, I lost the right to my dog, and he had to sit in a cage in Arizona for almost a month longer until someone else decided they wanted a special needs dog. Or until they euthanized him. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer on the outcome of my boy. I can forgive people for a lot of things, but scamming people out of their money AND leaving their animals stranded? Well, that isn't one of them.

Unprofessional, I’ve used many transporters before but none were available this time due to no fault of their own. I really wanted to give these two a chance they seemed nice and sweet, but they turned a 12min-18max hour drive. Called to tell me they didn’t have money for gas after I sent a the deposit and asked their EX husband for $30 so I sent a additional $50 waited 3 hours for them to start driving again. Fed my puppy random human food and random dog food. I contacted citizen shipper after being told 3 times that 3+ hours kept being added on. Their vehicle is not safe to drive one tire only has 3 lugs on and it over heats. Late to pick up claiming something happened with car. They don’t use updated directions/GPS. Claim you don’t pay them. I am worried about the health of my puppy as they said they fed her peanut butter crackers I do not know it they contained xylitol which is deadly to dogs. Animals are left to free roam not contained in crash rated crates or harnesses. Caution beware.

We had a great experience with Suzanne from our start in California to the end in Maryland. Suzanne was so patient with our 55 lb puppy Napa, who was timid and barking when I first opened the door. We tried a different setting outside and she let Napa come to her and get comfortable. With patience and a few treats, Napa was in Suzanne's car like there was never a problem. This says so much about Suzanne because she had just driven across the country and was ready to rest. Over the next seven days we received updates via texts, videos and photos. This was comforting for us to know Napa was well taken care of and happy. Suzanne travels with her cat Julius and initially I was concerned that he and Napa would not mesh well. However, by the end of the trip Napa was sleeping next to Julius's open crate and completely smitten. We are so glad we opted to have our puppy driven, and overjoyed that Suzanne was the one to do it. I can't imagine a better experience than the one we had.

Terrible communication. Had to basically harass them for the gps tracker, pictures, updates. Didn’t hear from them the first 12 hours. Then we find out at drop off that there was another dog being transported with ours even though in our messages it states that this was a solo trip. Before we paid them the owners of this company seemed very apologetic but after when we expressed our concerns they told us via text messages (that I still have) that if we wanted a better experience we should’ve accepted the original asking price. They also took detours without our knowledge and it says no surprise fees but the “deposit” they don’t include as part of your payment. Starting to believe these great reviews are fake. I wish i never trusted them with my dogs.

I viewed his location from Fargo, North Dakota to Gaylesville, Alabama. He made the long journey in 1 1/2 days. He sent pictures of my dog when he stopped for bathroom brakes. Gabriel seemed like he was a very nice, trustworthy individual. I hate to even put a bad review anywhere, but it seems necessary. We booked him a couple weeks ago. He was supposed to move our animals from Las Vegas to New Hampshire. He was very kind, and communicative, then today I thought to myself this transport is only 3 days away, why haven't we heard anything? I tried to contact him through every number, and messaging platforms I had for him. All of his numbers are disconnected. After I tried to make contact unsuccessfully I logged on to check my messages...none. looked at his profile again. Where he wrote a message on his profile, saying he was in a car accident and will only do the "close transports", and the other couple (us I'm sure), was supposed to be refunded. That has not occured either. Luckily I saw this beforehand. Otherwise we would have expected him. The stress of having to even move them has been immense. I was just starting to feel comfortable, that I didn't have to worry anymore! But now our stress has skyrocketed knowing he left us in a terrible lurch. As a chronically ill person, who does not make the hormones to combat these types of situations, it's been a struggle to stay at home, instead of going to the ER. I get car accidents, I understand how awful that could be, I'm not a heartless, unreasonable person. Yet, if your job is in transportation, in which you deal with all walks of life, this is just completely unprofessional and rude. People are expecting you to show up, if you can't complete their transport, don't put your explanation in a blurb on your profile, how is that notifying any of his current bookings? If you have the time and ability to write about this situation on a profile, he obviously as the ability to at least message us, and give us enough time to replace him as a driver. If he's going to go AWOL making us pay another individual a premium because of his lack of communication, and unprofessionalism, is not acceptable. We are only 3 days away from when they absolutely had to leave. Why don't these people pay you back in full, not just the deposit. I want it for the inconvenience of us having to find another person or service, in a almost impossible time frame. The consequences of these actions affect others health, emotions, and finances. As a professional who worked in customer service for years and years, that would be the first thing I'd give my client. Sorry for the novel, but hopefully it'll help others make the best decision they can.
