We can not say enough positive things about All Paws Transportation! Kristi is one in a million. She is super responsive, careful, kind and exactly the type of person I would want to transport an animal. I don’t trust people easily and was nervous from the start in using this service but as out Great Dane puppy began his journey from MO to MA I learned quickly how lucky we were to have picked Kristi for this trip. She kept me updated on their progress, took Roo out frequently to stretch his legs and use the bathroom. She had the perfect crate for him and had a bed and blankets ready. She is also a nurse which is another huge plus. We love our puppy and will always be grateful to Kristi for getting him to us safely and giving him so much love and attention throughout the trip! I would use her again in a heartbeat!!! 💕

I adopted a dog from Geaorgia.she needed to be delivered to my home in MA.I found K9lives .from first contact with Mark .Everything was easy.he explained cost and process.I agreed to fee he sent me contract immediately and I pd deposit.Pickup was at vet clininc in GA.we set up for 5/30/22.He maintained communication with me and vet clinic to arrange picku since monday was memorial day.When he picked up Shelly he immediately sent me a message and pictures.he sent another picture and video to let me know how she was.Tuesday he sent me update that she was doing well and he would be at my house by 10 am .He did give me all information and medications sent by vet clinic .I paid bal.and receipt was sent to me.I would definetly recommend Mark and K9 lives to anyone who requires transport for their animals.I would use them again.

I am beyond satisfied with the service that Home Sweet Home Pet Delivery provides. With a location sent everyday and a video of walks and of my animal eating and drinking water. They take very good care of the animals they board. If I could give more then five stars I would! Their truck broke down and they had a team travel TEN HOURS to them to make sure that my dog will be to me in a timely manner, needless to say I am very thankful and would advise anyone who is questioning a decision on which company to look for to have their animals transferred with, look no further because you couldn’t find a better option then these guys!

The world needs more people like Nancy! She was amazing! My Malamute (Sebastian) needed a ride to our new home in Cape Coral, FL from Cincinnati, OH and Nancy treated him as her own the entire way. She communicated with us multiple times each day with pictures, calls and texts, always reassuring that everything was just fine. Sebastian looked happy and comfy the whole ride. I think Sebastian was sad to see her leave once he was home safe because he had such a great trip and absolutely pampered lol! Thank you so much, Nancy! He canceled day of trip May 27th due to health reasons which i completely understand but i am still waiting for a refund for a deposit I sent that I still not have received have been going back and forth with Venmo and Citizen Shipper to file a dispute because he is ignoring my tries to contact him about my refund, I received an email from citizen shipper saying that he contacted me and told me a refund would be issued June 2nd which is completely untrue! There is no reason he could not issue me a refund the day of cancellation other than the fact that he spent the money and couldn't complete the job, very unprofessional and bad business would give 0 stars if i could.

Excellent folks to work with, kind and focused on the welfare of the pets. Drivers were great, pictures and status reports en route - and they're experienced so they understand the normal level of stress for a cat being moved and accomodate for it. Despite weather-induced road closure affecting the original itinerary of the pick-up day, everything went well and delivery was perfectly timed. The only glitch was that I booked over a month before the trip would happen. I had 9 cats going halfway across the country so I had them housed in medium-size dog crates, enough room for a bed and a box over the ~24 hours they'd be on the road. A lot of transporters have smaller cars that wouldn't accomodate the sheer volume of space that required and I had made sure to specify the size of the containers and how many there were. I was assured something large enough, like a Sprinter van type, would be used. Unfortunately by the time the drivers started out they were told a mini-van would be sufficient. As a result one cat almost got left behind, but thanks to clever and determined packing they all got on board. But none of the other stuff I'd planned to send with them, from the dry food bin, litter, and scoop, to the cooler of stuff from my freezer I had been told could go along with them, was able to fit in the vehicle. Having my cats so carefully taken care of arriving safely at the new house was worth the cost and I have no complaints about the basic service, just the little irritation that my furry herd arrived without their supplies. The other items were necessarily left at the house because I was moving, had a flight out the afternoon they were picked up so I could meet them at the new place, and I had no way of taking the excess stuff myself. I would definitely hire these people again, they know what they are doing and they do it very well, besides being just plain good friendly decent folks. But next time I will be sure to check in before the drivers are dispatched to make sure the description of the cargo and transport type are completely up to date and as expected on both sides of the arrangement.

I’m very surprised that Brianna did not show up to pick up my dog at all because all of her great reviews. I text her yesterday morning and asked what time she’d be arriving and she told me 11:30am-12pm. It’s now 8am the following day and I still haven’t heard back from her. I text her, called her, messaged her on here with no response. Not showing up at all and not responding is very unprofessional. If an emergency happened she could’ve let me know. I sat around with my dog and 6 month old waiting all day. Hopefully she’s okay. Overall I’m very dissatisfied with this service. Now the company doesn’t want to return me my reservation fee. They want to credit it to my account but I’m afraid to use this service going forward. I don’t want to be lied to again and have to worry about getting no responses from whoever takes my dog.

Absolutely perfect experience. Krystal came with her car prepared with a chair cover, bed, food and water bowls, a toy, harness and leash and everything else my pup could need. She communicated well with my breeder and kept in contact with me for the entire 24 hour drive. I got photo and video updates as often as I wanted and she let me know every time she ate/drank/pooped/peed. She found safe rest stops along the way and rotated drivers so nobody got too tired. Fang arrived happy, clean and calm and truly I couldn't imagine a better pet transportation experience. My breeder has her info and will be recommending her to anyone requiring ground transportation in the future. I am very happy with the level of communication, commitment to keeping me in the loop and Krystal's dedication to a very accurate departure and arrival time. I just wanted to say I couldn't be happier with Risa taking my 3 mini-Australian shepherds and one cat from NJ to Houston TX. We are like most crazy fur baby parents. It was first a very stressful; situation not having our house not being completed and having them travel 1800 miles. But after going over all the reviews from other pet transport companies Five Star was the only one that had not one single complaint and only the best reviews. Just always updated us with pictures, text and phone calls every time she stopped to feed and let them out. I felt good about her, and she absolutely loved my dogs and cat. When she first came to pick them up and she sat with them for about an hour to get to know them. But my dogs felt comfortable with her within the first few minutes. Like many other dog owners, I was absolutely anxious knowing my girl is going to be left with some people she doesn’t know for several days on a cross country trip. I was so nervous and I thought so would she since she gets separation anxiety. But these two were absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond. Giving me multiple updates each day easing my anxiety that she was doing fine. They even let her sleep in bed with them at their rest stops. When she got back I figured I’d see a dog who excited to see me after a long trip with strangers but she was so calm and acting like a cat who disappeared for a few days… like nothing happened and was just out for a long stroll. She was treated extremely well and I recommend using this service specifically. I couldn’t literally ask for a single thing different. In fact they went above and beyond in so many ways. A+
