Very satisfied! If I could give 6 stars, I would. (I think I just did!) This was our 3rd attempt to get our trailer from Orlando, FL to Allentown, PA. Finally somebody who did what they said they would do and delivered on their promise. Thank you ST and TJ from S.T. Hauling! I would highly recommend S.T. Hauling, especially for East Coast long hauls. If we ever have the need again, we will definitely be giving them a call. Like the other recent reviews, I would give a 'Zero' star if I could. This man took my deposit on 5/9 and made me sign a 'contract'. The contract was to pick up our kitty today (6/6). I texted Rodney on 6/2 - no answer. I then texted again on 6/3 - no answer. I then tried to reach him via the CitizenShipper message board. It shows that he saw the message (marked 'Seen')...but no answer. Then called his phone number - he didn't pick up and I left a message. Then sent another message via the message board and no answer. This guy is a total scam and it is deplorable that he would do this to people who are relying on him to take their pet. DO NOT LET THIS MAN TAKE YOUR PET ANYWHERE. I will now need to see what legal action I can take to get my $525 deposit back. This was my first use of CitizenShipper - and it was not a good one. CitizenShipper said they were going to reach out to him as well, but I haven't heard anything back - so I am assuming this guy has taken the money and ran. Just sickening and terrible. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS GUY.
