Can I give 10 stars? Rosie with Shugga Wuggas is the best! We could not be more happy with her. She is a professional and truly an animal lover. I was leery of using a company I had never used before to get my elderly mother's dog from Wichita, Kansas to Fairbanks, Alaska-but once I started talking with Rosie, I was totally at ease. We liked working with Missy, especially the GPS real-time tracking we were able to do with the Life360 app. She was able to meet our timing requirements and stayed mostly on schedule. She did seem to really care for the pets. Only qualm might be the large number of pets she had in the car. Our little 8-week-old GSD was mixed in with FIVE other uncrated dogs, three of them Mastiffs. IMHO that was a bit much for our little guy. I understand that economy demands they combine pickups, but safety would seem to demand some reasonable limits.

We booked this 2 weeks in advance, repeatedly checked in with the driver to let him know we really need this to be transferred on Friday the 24th as we are both taking off from work and have plans to use the boat in Charleston Saturday the 25th. 7 p.m. the evening before we check in again and are told he's not sure he can get a trailer, but he'll let us know. WHAT!?!?!? You don't have a trailer??? How can you place bids to ship boats if you don't have a trailer? He said he was trying to rent one from someone but at 9:20 Saturday morning (40 minutes prior to when he was supposed to pick us up) he tells us that he can't get a trailer at all! Our boat had to be out of our current marina in Lake Norman, we have no where to put it and are now calling around trying to find a place that we can store it until we can line up another driver. We are now paying for a slip in Charleston that we are obviously not able to use. I would not work with this company and make sure that whomever you discuss hauling your boat owns the trailer that is required!!!
