Ken took such GREAT care of our Juneau during the first leg of an international move. He was extremely flexible with our travel dates and we had real time viewing of location and progress across America. He provided lots of pictures (with funny commentary!) along the way and ensured that our Husky mix received exercise, even taking her to dog parks for play time. Let’s just say that I am a new dog owner, and leaving my puppy in the hands of someone like Kerrie was nothing but pleasant and wonderful. I fully trusted her to transport my pup. Extremely accommodating, professional, and just overall good vibes & kind person. I can’t express that enough. She transported gumbo from NOLA TO CALI & he came home in high spirits & could tell she treated him so well & gave him so much love. She communicated with me, and kept me updated throughout the trip. Kerrie also got Gumbo back to me within the time frame she gave me. She definitely put my mind at ease, and got my puppy home safe and sound to mama! Thank you SOOO MUCH Kerrie! TLDR; Before I begin, nothing I can say about my experience with PAK Transport can justify how amazing it was. I'm super-appreciative and grateful we hired them for the service of bringing our new pup home. Here's our story. We fell for a puppy from a breeder not realizing she was 9 hours away! We considered several options (driving, flying as the original methods), but, none were feasible since we have a special needs child and all of us traveling together was not possible, so she mentioned the idea of using a transport to bring the puppy over to us. So began our search. After reviewing man bids to bring our pup home we chose PAK Transport. The bid was perfect, but, we were a bit skeptical of the lack of reviews. However, I just had a good gut feeling about Kimberly so we put our deposit down. Needless to say we were concerned and clueless, but, Kimberly was amazing! She answered all of our questions and worked directly w/the breeder to coordinate the pick up time for our new pup and shared her location with both the breeder and us using GPS locater as well as periodically sent us texts to keep us in the loop of her progress. She got here just as she promised and along with her was our new pup happy as can be. We can't thank Kimberly enough for having made this experience as pleasurable as it was. Cheers!

A fabulous experience from start to finish. Jo provided a very reasonable quote and quickly followed up by answering a handful of questions. I was extremely nervous about sending my dachshund-corgi pup from AZ to VA on what ended up being fairly short notice. I was comfortable enough to book her services and once I spoke with her I knew it was a good fit. Jo arrived on time and spent time getting to know Araya before they set off on the adventure. Both I and the pups new mom were able to follow the trip progress. Jo sent me photos and periodic updates. She even responded when I sent a note a 11 pm that I’d lost the map connection. Araya arrived 37 hours after leaving AZ! I was so happy that she was able to ride up front with Jo and was given such sweet attention. I highly recommend Jo and commend her kindness toward both the humans and animals in this transport process.

AVOID THIS THIEF - Terran is a scammer. First of all, his phone number on Citizen Shipper is fake. Then he takes half of my money as a deposit and never picked up the equipment. He refuses to refund my $400 deposit, he said he already spent it on gas, and since someone else didn't pay him, he isn't going to do my job. Then he stops communicating altogether. I have reported him to customer service (also no help - been 5 days without a response). Don't fall for the fake promises or any of the lies he spews. And don't count on customer service to make things better. He is still on here trying to scam others. He even had the balls to tell me to send him more money. Buyer beware.

Risa and Jason were amazing. From booking Risa kept me updated about the move of the car along with the dog. Jason did the actual drive and was fabulous.
