Outstanding! Incredible! Kind! Compassionate! As a professor at Howard University and the District of Columbia I am a quick judge of character. Gabriel was beyond great. I can absolutely recommend him for any pet transport. I really enjoyed how he communicated during the trip from Washington, DC to Redlands California (outside of Palm Springs). I selected him blindly because he was the only driver with all 5 stars. He lived up to and beyond the selection. As I stated I am a quick judge of character because I have spent so much time with different personalities. I will reccomend Gabriel to any family or friend that requires the transport of a pet. Not to mention I had a 70 pound pittbull and a cat. He told me that my pets were so well behaved and gave him no problems. TLC Travels is by far the best! We lost our cat the morning of our departure out of Juneau and I couldn't miss my flight. This is where TLC Travels comes in. I highly recommend this shipper. She brought my Great Dane Moo all the way from Alaska to West Virginia. Such a good experience. From start to finish I felt that I could trust Alex and Alecia. They both were so nice and so understanding. This was my first time ever using a transporter for my baby so I was a little nervous but they made the process so easy. They were very communicative and punctual and sent pics during the trip. Debra was amazing. I was nervous to have someone pick my dog up. He gets anxious and doesn’t trust others fast. He’s never bitten before (but you can never be to cautious). I explained all of this to her. She was very understanding. I told her we had a short window (due to other plans falling through). She met all of our needs with Zeus (my border collie). She transported him quickly (half-way across the country in 2-days). She gave us constant updates with photos and GPS. She made sure Zeus was comfortable and well taken care of. He was super happy with her as well. It’s very clear, she really has a way with animals. She made sure he was fed well, given breaks, and able to go potty frequently. At the beginning of the process, she answered all of my questions and communicated with me excellently. Side note: my family was transporting Zeus between my mother and myself. She also made sure to give updates to my mother as well. Debra also offered help finding another transporter if working with her wasn’t going to work out. On top of that, she was just awesome. She also had help transporting Zeus and her partner was fantastic with him as well. Really, the whole package. If your looking for someone trustworthy, efficient, and goes above and beyond caring for your fur-baby, she’s your girl! Thank you again Debra for the amazing service!

I could not have hoped for a better experience! I have never used a pet transfer service before and was quite nervous about the whole ordeal. Kimberly was kind, compassionate, caring, patient and communicative throughout the entire journey. I would highly recommend her services and if I ever need to transport another animal will definitely be reaching back out to her again. She sent me text messages and pictures intermittently throughout the 24 hour transport and included my sister to whom my pet was going in her communications. We could not be happier with Jaleesa! She kept my senior shih tzu comfortable, gave him lots of belly rubs for the 4 days that they were together, and sent updates via text messages. We had just bought a new puppy, but were unable to drive 20 hours roundtrip to pick it up. Tammy provided wonderful communication and reassurance that our new dog would be delivered safely. Sam is amazing. He went above and beyond and above again to bring my bully mix from Newtown, CT to our new home in West Palm Beach, FL. Because of logistical issues, I couldn’t get to the destination in time for their arrival and Sam let our Jackie stay with him in his home free of charge. Who does that?! He is truly one of a kind. Jackie is dog reactive and Sam, the dog whisperer, managed to make her comfortable enough to socialize with the other dogs on her trip. PET TRANSPORT. My 14 year old "senior" Cairn Terrier, Rocki needed to go from Central Florida to Western Massachusetts. We hired Tammy Mowery from Woof-N-Whiskers Waggin and was pleased to meet a true animal lover! I know my Rocki was pampered and know he actually enjoyed his trip.
