Ashley handled everything professionally, from booking the flights, to bringing toys, treats, a pet carrier, and even a playpen so our puppy could safely stretch his legs in between flights. Ashley seemed very conscious of our puppy's comfort and safety the entire time. She communicated very well throughout the process with updates and pictures all along the way. Having our new puppy fly home, inside the cabin, with someone watching over him, was so worth the added cost. I would definitely hire Ashley again.

This company was beyond unprofessional. I have had animals transported across country before and never experienced such poor communication and such a clear lack of professionalism. I received little to no updates throughout the entire trip as well no tracker. My dog was malnourished and beyond frail when he returned to me, it was so bad that he lost 10lbs during the trip. This lady even stole the toys and bed that I provided for the trip. What a awful experience and an awful owner. If YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING HER DONT!!

I chose Scott because of his expertise in hauling large trailers. Though my 1959 Chris Craft is not large, it is delicate. Scott treated my dad's baby as if she was his own to safely move her from Nevada to Indiana. His MacGuyver skills proved solid to improvise an ingenious sling from safety straps to ensure that the boat would not shift over rough road construction. His patience seemed unlimited. I only wish I had more to transport as I would choose him again. He has become a great and trusted friend.

Precious Cargo Unlimited was amazing! I don’t even board my dogs so looking for someone transport them was a bit scary. From booking to delivery they were kind, communicative and professional. We received plenty of updates with photos. Their set up for transport is luxurious for dogs. No kennels, plush dog beds and a divider between them and any other furry passengers. They are both incredible people and my dad's 5 year old doxie warmed right up to both of them which normally takes time with him. She provides updates and pictures along the way, plus GPS tracking. Erika was amazing!! My pup is a senior Chihuahua mix who is very nervous and hates car rides. She doesn't like people very much, either. But Erika was so patient and kept me updated, and she had her son with her, who worked some magic on my pup and calmed her down during the drive. Erika also gave honest updates, letting me know if my pup was eating or not, when they stopped for breaks, etc. I don't trust many people with my dog, but Erika and her son were amazing!! Would definitely recommend for older, skittish, people shy, or anxious dogs.

Steve transported my 35’ travel trailer yesterday from Central Florida to SW Florida and it went very smoothly. I'm a total newb at the RV life and was very anxious about relying on someone else to move my RV since I don't have a truck. Things you'd probably like to know about Steve and his service: 1- He’s kind, very easy to work with, and flexible. He will try his best to work within your time schedule even if it's a short booking window. 2- He’s very reliable about calling when he says he will, so we were in continuous communication the entire trip. I knew when he was on his way to pick up the trailer. He sent me a picture of the trailer when he arrived (I wasn't there to personally meet with him) to confirm it was the right one and more updates along the way, including his ETA to the final location. 3- He’s experienced with RVs which I needed and very much appreciated as a newbie. He’s been moving them for 3-4 years so his work is efficient (he might be a little bit of a perfectionist). He then stayed to help me hook up everything (in the rain!) and get organized. 4- I felt safe being around him, which I think is important to note, from a single woman’s perspective. Steve is friendly and kind. His prices are affordable so I tipped him for a job well done and for the extra time he took helping me after. I am very happy to recommend Steve and his transport services. He's a great guy with a powerful truck that easily handled my 9500lb trailer. 😄 Thanks, Steve, I'll call you the next time I need a lift!!

0 stars- long but important read.--I would not trust this driver. His low bid is not worth it-- He will use the contract to try and keep your deposit-- He will spend your deposit on things other than the job-- He will not be honest about his ability to do the job-- Your money and time is at jeopardy-- Rodney was my first shipping experience with CitizenShipper, and it was horrible. I booked 3 weeks out by paying half of the price of the job; 2 days before pickup, I sent a message to make sure things were on track, and at this point, the scam began to unravel. If I never messaged him, my "furr-baby" would have been stranded WITHOUT REMORSE. Even after his empty excuses on why he was not on track, he continued not to cancel the ride or be honest about his ability to do the job until after the day of pick up. He even tried to refuse to give me my deposit back. It is hard to say how far he would have gone if I did not pull certain legal strings that held him accountable. I would not trust him with logistics or personal items.

The driver was nice and kept me up to date however they arrived way later than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances. My dog had also lost a lot of weight since he barely ate. I provided a bag of food to last 4 days and it was barely touched even though he was with them for almost a week. He also looked very nervous in some pics and the crate was a little smaller than expected. His bed was also covered in urine when I picked him up. Overall, the people were friendly but definitely was not the best experience for my dog and I.

We moved to SC a year ago. We received an email from his microchip company that he had been found. I just had major surgery and am not cleared to travel. Miss B faced nothing less than complete chaos at every turn from picking him up in MO to getting him home to us in SC. He is a walking disaster from having been neglected by whoever has had him.
