You Call, We Haul Transport is based out of Norfolk, VA. We specialize in vehicle transport, from motorcycles to RVs. You Call, We Haul Transport utilizes a 9.9k (20ft) car hauler trailer rated for 9,000lbs.We are insured through USAA, and we offer live GPS tracking to insure peace of mind that your cargo is headed to you safely. Johnny Hoyos is the owner/operator with over 20 years of driving experience to include CDL driving experience. 9 of those years were spent behind the wheel of 32ft sea ark police boats and police cars. Johnny holds state licenses and certificates in EVOC (emergency vehicle operator cert). Johnny is currently still active duty stationed in Virginia so most of the transports will need to take place over the weekends (if its a long haul) My time in the Navy has taught me that you only need 3 things to complete the mission, Honor, Courage and Commitment. So you can trust in me to accomplish the task at hand and deliver your cargo safe and sound to you. Like is says in the name, You Call, We Haul.

Johnny is the individual that I dealt with. He is the the person that handled the entire transaction - this was not through a logistics company - which was much better than expected. Communication and responsiveness was exceptional. Johnny was professional and ensured he completed the entire transaction exactly as expected. Excellent, A+ Service. You Call, We Haul had the lowest bid for my boat delivery, and it was a very reasonable price. The owner, Johnny, professionally and politely answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns up front. Johnny then proceeded to make a plan to get my boat moved from Rock Hall, MD to Castle Hayne, NC and make his return home on dry roads just before a huge snowstorm moved into the area. When he picked up my boat, there were quite a few things involved that Johnny did for me at no extra charge in preparation for the tow, which included strapping the boat down, and topping off the grease in the buddy bearings. I received numerous phone calls, text messages and photos during the process to keep me informed. Johnny even sent a cool photo of my boat in front of some Navy ships in the shipyard where he is stationed in Norfolk VA. Johnny was right on time to the minute with his ETA and the boat arrived safe and sound.

Highest level of customer assistance with auto transport, dedicated to quality service. On time with full GPS tracking entire trip. Communicative and clear messaging, detailed transaction with full photos, peace of mind.
