Chad transported my dog lab retriever mix of 65 lbs from Omaha Nebraska to Lehigh Acres in Florida. He shared his location with me with Google maps and I was able to track his trip at all times. He picked up and transported my dog in the arranged times without any inconviciences. He also sent me updated through texts and pictures at the resting stops to keep me in the loop about how the trip was going. He was very professional and very nice and my dog loved his company I would definitely recommend him 100%.

I needed to rehome a large goldendoodle from Miami to Arkansas. Robert answered my request immediately and was very responsive and gave me all of the info I needed. He picked up Molly in a nice truck with a large comfortable back seat for her and a harness. The entire trip, Robert sent me pictures and updates along the way including updates as to when he would arrive and any weather delays. He was very gentle and understanding of the dog, as she is a senior. I would definitely use his service again, and highly recommend to anyone that is looking to transport their dog!!

My first and last time using citizenshipper! The entire experience was terrible. The driver (Fred) was about 4 hours later to pick up the item. His idea of securing a $10k vintage 1986 honda 350x 3-wheeler was to jam a heavy load bar down on top of the plastic headlight assembly without even putting a blanket in between the bar and the ATC! Luckily they sent me a picture of this to prove he had finally picked up the ATC. I was able to call him and ask him to pull over & remove the load bar immediately so it didn't cause damage on the 600+ mile journey. I can't even fathom the ignorance, carelessness and laziness that he used securing my 1986 honda with a load bar!? It baffles my mind that he thought this was OK?! Then, he was 4 hours late dropping it off. Overall, I will NEVER use citizenshipper again. Their fees cost me $109 on top of the $600 shippers cost.

I am still unsure where my babies are and customer service isnt helping much either… After contacting citizenshipper, I was also notified this driver falsely advised that he “did not pick the dogs up and sent back any payment that was made to him. He also stated that he was not provided with any information in terms of addresses so he did not take the dogs when he went to try and pick them up.” Everything about his statement is FALSE. Overall I’m very happy with my experience. They took good care of my baby girl from everything I could tell. My only complaint would be there were several delays that were way beyond their control and that I can understand. However, it seemed like communication could have been better when delays became known to him. That said overall pleased and was the lowest bid by far.

My college junior came home for spring break to Ponte Vedra, FL with a 20 lb husky pup that he got in Ithaca, NY. The airline gave him no trouble on the way down but refused to let him board with the dog on the return. Fortunately, I found Eric on CitizenShipper. His service was incredible. He responded promptly to my post and texts. He picked up the dog within a couple of hours and was very courteous and loving with the animal. The dog sat in the cabin with Eric the whole way to Ithaca. I got regular texts with photos. It seemed like they were really enjoying each others company. My son's puppy was delivered about 1100 miles in 20 hours, straight to his residence. I couldn't be happier with the service. Eric definitely went the extra mile. I highly recommend this service.
