Teri did a fabulous job taking my pets to my mother's house in California. She was dependable by arriving on time to pick my pets up in Des Moines, and then drove them in record time to Los Angeles. My dog and cat arrived healthy and happy. Teri kept us posted along the way with texts for both my mom and me, and pictures of both my pets. We highly recommend Teri and would encourage anyone who has to make a decision about transporting their precious pets long distances to use get. We were very anxious but Teri made us realize there are terrific ' transporters' like her and we felt were fortunate to find her.

Scammer - do NOT send him any money. I had to call to confirm our pick up day the day before the scheduled pick up, which we had agreed on a month in advance. He told me their car had broken down and they would not be able to get our animals for another few days. We had flights out THE NEXT DAY and had to vacate our place so we could not stay any longer. No Pet Smarts in the area would also house our animals last minute like they had requested. Requested MULTIPLE times to get my $687 back and still have yet to get it. Just noticed he added to his profile that deposits are non-refundable AFTER stealing multiple people's money.
