Tina was great! My dog, Rocco, is a super shy pup, so I was very nervous about his cross-country trip. But I had nothing to worry about because Tina took great care of Rocco! She sent me pictures and videos throughout the trip, also provided a link to track the journey. It was a huge benefit that Rocco was the only dog being transported because he was able to relax and adjustment much quicker. I would definitely book with Tina again if need arise.

Wouldn't recommend. Lots of holes in information regarding insurance on a different vehicle than he showed up in, location check ins that didn't actually show location, and damage to a new boat and trailer that can only be explained by hauling something else rather heavy inside the passenger side of the boat. When asked about a large scratch in the paint, he plead ignorant and we settled on a $50 discount. On further inspection, passenger trailer tire is worn significantly more than the driver (almost bald) and two welds on the passenger floor are cracked. He got my boat to me at a good price but definitely not in the condition he picked it up in. Have to imagine there's more honest drivers out there.

If I could leave a negative star rating I would. It was my first experience with Citizenshipper, and it was a NIGHTMARE. My shipment was clearly outlined and stated it needed at least a 40 ft trailer and that it was its own load. I hired With Liberty LLC and paid a deposit of 550.00. which from their own words was refundable "We do require a 25% deposit. This will be applied as payment and deducted from the transport total. This is fully refundable should you cancel prior to our driver being enroute to pick up. If we should cancel (which we have not ever done) we will refund your deposit without any time limitations". The shipment was to be picked up 2/25/22, it was pushed back until 3/8/22, when they did show up but without the proper equipment. I was called and told they had some mechanical issues, but they would be fixed by the time he was supposed to pick up my shipment. I had to tell the company with my items that the shipper wasn't coming, he had mechanical issues. After putting the pickup off for over a week due to mechanical issues and the company where my shipment was closed for a week. We had it rescheduled and after a week to 10 days he was supposed to show up at 9am and he didn’t show up until 11am and with a trailer that was already loaded down and not long enough for my shipment. The left without even telling me, I had to hear it from the company where my shipment is located. I requested a refund and was told I would get refund within 7-10 days; this was over a month ago and still I have not received my refund. I have tried calling all the numbers I have for them, leaving messages through texting, voice mail and through Citizenshipper with no response. I tried calling again today 4/7/22 and the number I have for the office and Teresa does not accept incoming calls per their request. I had to hire a new shipper and I did use Citizenshipper for them as well and it turns out they are thieves as well stole my deposit and then disappeared. Now the company where my shipment is has started charging me fees for storage, which wouldn’t have happened except for the incompetence of With Liberty LLC shipping. I would NOT recommend these shippers for any type of shipping you need they don’t communicate at all, and they will steal your money.

I would be extremely cautious before committing to zuber. I read the reviews on this particular transport company (consisting of a single person ) and there was a review or 2 of her not keeping clients updated and being hard to locate. I read her response to these complaints and felt that maybe she was overwhelmed at the time (things happen) but that is where I should have proceeded with caution.I booked with zuber for a pickup on April 6th and after booking I was told she might be able to pick up on the 5th -which I was okay with. Instead of the $198 commitment fee I paid her $200 as a show of good faith and desire that she treat my new puppy well and remain connected to me.I also separately paid citizen shipper their fee. The 5th came and went and I got no updates in regards to her whereabouts. On the 6th, after multiple attempts to reach , I finally was told that she would stick with the original date of the 6th, which again I was okay with. Then things went silent. She never once called the pickup location (or me) and disappeared for about 10 hours. In the interim, I continually got calls from the breeder\kennel to see what was happening in regards to pickup as the puppy was ready and waiting.I embarrassingly kept saying I cannot contact the driver and the breeder (who is experienced with the company)told me that I have probably been scammed and lost my deposit as this does not sound like an honest and reliable person. Finally, when I complained to citizen shipper they said they would reach out to her..ONLY then did she get back to me (after multiple dm's, texts, voicemails) telling me she had been arrested for an outstanding seat belt violation. She then said she was still willing to complete the trip but the energy of our interaction was such that I did not feel my puppy was in reliable and safe hands.. The most important aspect of pet transport is to make sure the transition is as minimally traumatic for the puppy and I felt zuber was unable to provide me with that. I asked for my deposit back ASAP courtesy and she refused (which she had a right to do as it is non refundable). I fully expected her not to refund me the $ but the demeanor and sarcasm with which she approached the conversation was unnecessary. I lost $400 during this encounter and am writing this review to keep others from the same fate.

Najibi is awesome... for the past 3 weeks I been having issues with a box that should've been delivered to me in Miami Florida but some how UPS screwed up and apparently sent my box back to the shipper in Linden NJ. Najibi took the time to wait and talk to the manager at the location to try and retrieve my box. Although it was unsuccessful due to them not releasing the box I still appreciate Najibi for bring patience and trying to help. I will work with him again.
