Galaxy is out of this World with my recent experience with them... They transported my motorcycle from Port St. Lucie, Florida to my home in Los Lunas, NM. The communication alone was worth the price... The driver arrived 45 minutes early and I watched him unstrap my bike... Holy Krap, this driver wasn't taking a chance in my property shifting... He kept unstrapping one strap after another... Just when I thought he was done he went to the other side of my bike and more straps started flying off... I was fully impressed with the care he took to make sure it was secure... So after all was said and done signed and paid I started to push my bike and got stuck in the recently high winds sand built up by the house... Without turning around to ask for help all of a sudden the bike started moving over the sand hill... It was said several times that its tough right now but its a great route. I first put my offer up for that week to get my bike delivered, but was told it may take longer. This was my first transporter experience and I was extremely cautious and nervous. Originally, I planned to fly to get my rabbits but airline rules changed and they are not allowed in cabin anymore so I needed a transporter. I received many offers to transport my two rabbits but I didn't accept any besides Esmeralda's. I saw all her pictures and her reviews and it sold me. My breeder had strict rules on not having the rabbits touched or out of the carrier and Esmeralda honored that. She was scheduled to pick them up on the 15th but arrived to the area on the 14th and asked if she could pick them up a day early. I said that would work, she drove them straight to me and I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. Her interactions and messages were so reassuring, she communicated the entire way and sent so many pictures and videos! I appreciated her so much.
