Nicole was a godsend for me and my family. We arrived internationally in Boston with two medium - large sized dogs and a baby and had to travel to Raleigh. Our crates were too big to travel on the domestic aircraft so we booked Nicole and she was perfect. Absolutely perfect. We were under so much stress and our journey was a nightmare but knowing that Santi and Siri were with her eased our nerves. We felt she was a part of our family's journey and really took an interest in our dogs and life. She also realllllly helped us by taking a lot of luggage for us. We had too much bearing in mind it was a relocation and it was only me and my wife carrying it all. I cannot recommend her enough. If you close on a pet transport and you don't do it through Nicole then you are losing out. We were so appreciative of everything that we tipped her because this felt like more than just a service rendered. Once again, you NEED to close with Nicole.
