Overall good experience. Dogs arrived later than originally planned but i completely understand that things come up good communication. The biggest fault Is on my part for assuming and not making sure that it was a vip transport so less chance of situation preventing itself. Once again not the transports fault. They kept me updated on there progress with pictures of my pups. I would use them again if I was looking for good rates for multiple dogs and not wanting vip. 5 star service because they did everything they said they would with updates.

If I was able to give zero or negative starts I would! DO NOT BOOK WITH HIM, he will not show up!!! This was the third driver we contacted to move our shipment. This was by far the worst a total nightmare!! After having two other shippers bale on us, we really needed a driver with integrity and a work ethic. We spoke to Porter on the phone and he assured us he would be there, that his company was very responsible and prided themselves on getting the job done. That was a JOKE!! No Show, he called my contact at the company and let him know it was going to be afternoon (not 9am) due to a breakdown, but then at the new time NEVER showed up! He has never talked to us since then. After this third shipper couldn't get this done we had to call a professional logistics company just to get this shipment picked up. So far between the 3 shippers I am out 2500 dollars and it took the house 3 months to be delivered!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this experience. Magical Creatures Transport took great care of my two cats on their trip from Texas to Mississippi. They sent pics and allowed me to track them while they were on the delivery. They were on time and very professional. Needless to say we were very Leary about shipping our snickers (mini golden doodle) from florida to Wisconsin. Absolutely god sent. Talisa impressed me at every level. I can’t appreciate her enough for helping me with multiple challenges I had with transferring my dog. When I first chatted with Talisa, I immediately know that not only she is passionate about her work, she is also just a wonderful human being. She ended up taking the crate and my dog with her in her beautiful mobile home RV. She even dropped off the crate in LA so I don't have to worry about sending the crate back. And the CARE she gave to Kirby, how could I put it, was no less than the best care I could provide for my own dog. It was such amazing luck to have found her. Kirby was obviously attached to her very quickly and felt extremely comfortable the entire trip. I can’t express how grateful I am to this women. Here’s the background story if you want to know how amazing Talisa is: I initially arranged my dog (1 yr Akita) to travel by air. His flight got a last minute cancellation and I was told no further flights will be available for the route in the upcoming weeks. On top of that, the giant PP90 crate I bought from his air travel became useless and I was having such a difficult time figuring out a way to return it.

It was affordable and the delivery driver was pleasant but the animals all smelled like feces at the time of delivery even the papers we received smelled of dog and cat urine the van was very crowded with the bare minimum space needed for each animal to the point that they where crammed in there. She took the liberty of stopping to buy food for my lizard she was transporting but didn’t bother to text or call to ask with kind of food she should get and bought crickets instead of one of the safer healthier alternatives and then left me with a box of crickets which my lizard won’t eat and when live crickets are left in eaten they often get on top of the bearded dragon and bite their skin causing irritation. Needless to say he’s been pretty irate ever since he was dropped off which made me think she was not a reptile specialist as I was informed. My lizard was crammed on top of a large dog cage and behind 2 more. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Absolutely loved our experience with Animal House! Drew was very professional and patient, answered any question we had throughout the entire process. On arrival he had a comfortable carrier set up for our puppy with everything he needed. He took the time to meet our puppy and could tell he genuinely cared about the animals in his care. The trip was quick and only took a day and a half, but we had constant communication and updates from him, including pictures, so we knew our puppy was happy and doing well. Paired with the great price quote for the trip - one of the best we found anywhere - I couldn't imagine using anyone else for future transportation. 5 stars doesn't feel like enough!

100% would recommend Olivia. I never write reviews but this one is needed. Olivia took great care of Cooper. I moved from VA to OR and needed a safe way to get my dog to me. Olivia was affordable, and only takes one dog at a time. Originally, I was going to go with a company that takes multiple dogs and add stops during the way, but felt very uneasy about Cooper taking the trip across country sleeping in cars, in a crate the entire time, and with no personalized care. . So, I decided to spend the extra money and boy was it worth it. Olivia took pictures and updated me throughout the trip; she also let Cooper ride in the back seat opposed to a crate, as slept in hotels at night. She made cooper as comfortable as she could. We’re very thankful for her and so excited to be reunited after a move across the country.

This was an excellent experience! Joe from Relo kept me updated all the way. He even kept my puppy overnight so she would make her flight the next day. The flight made for a long day for her, but she arrived perfect. I did not know the breeder, or Joe, but he kept his word every step of the way, even agreeing to fly my puppy rather than driving because of the long distance. I was scared of things that could go wrong of course, but I shouldn't have been. He was very professional and the attention to detail was very impressive. Very, very satisfied!
