We recently used Coble's to move my parents three dogs from Oregon to Virginia as part of a cross country move. These dogs are like babies to my parents so there was a great deal of stress in thinking through how we might move them 3k miles away. Luckily, we happened upon Coble's page and instantly gravitated toward this owner. The big considerations for us is that Coble's is licensed, insured, has access to 24/7 vet service and provides GPS updates along the way. Further, Coble's has invested in this business - they move the dogs in a transport van (vs. just a regular car) and use transport crates which provides both safety and room. The van also houses a bed for William so dogs are never alone. William provide pictures at every stop along the way and even called daily with updates. Highly recommend!!

Donna from five star pet transportation is a godsend. She has been over the top from the very beginning. She’s attentive, concerned, communicative and flexible. She took care of bringing my two year old boy Odin up from Georgia two days ago. He couldn’t have been in better hands. He’s a big 120 pound American bulldog and she loved him up from the get-go. She stopped along the way for puppacinos and PUP cups and sent pictures the entire way. I know Oden was nervous but he looked as happy as he could be sitting and sleeping in her car and stopping for whipped cream treats. Donna kept us posted the entire way about his status and her status and she uses an app that you can keep track of her progress on the road on your phone. I couldn’t be more satisfied or pleased with Donna and her service. I feel like she went over and above to make Odin feel special and to make me feel like my baby was in great hands. She has great follow up to make sure everything is OK the day after delivery. She’ll be bringing up my other two dogs in May and for that I’m so grateful. I highly recommend Donna And would never use anybody else!

Miss B is such a nice person that I actually feel bad writing this review but feel people need to know what to expect. She delivered a puppy for me that was not yet fully vaccinated and I had explained my fears of parvo. Barbara had assured me that the puppy would not leave the car, would be the only puppy in the car, and that the car is sanitized in between each delivery. All of this is completely untrue. She picked up another dog with mine still in the car, she checked into a hotel with the dogs and sent pictures of my puppy on the ground inside and outside the hotel room and at a gas station. She also placed my puppy on the hotel bed thinking that would be ok and not understanding that puppies do not yet understand gravity. My puppy jumped off and now has a bad limp. I am now waiting to see if my puppy has contracted parvo and or has a broken leg. All of this after Barbara continuously pushing out the pickup date for several days and taking three times the expect time to drive because she stayed in a hotel from check in to check out. I am completely shocked at how everything about this process went and will never ever use citizenshipper again.

I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt but Brody Christensen , never showed up at the Salem Mass. marina as scheduled on 4/22/22 to pick up my boat. He has not communicated with me since the morning of 4/22 when he said he was on the way. I have tried repeated attempts to text and call but he has not responded. I had sent him over half of the shipment cost through Venmo. Both the origin and destination marinas were all set to accomidate him on arrival during this busy season. His no show and no status was not appreciated. Do not hire this guy.
