Be prepared to read an honest, heartfelt review! I have been utilizing pet transporters since 2016. This was the first time I have used TeeRexDelivery as my normal transporter canceled on me last minute. Barbara was absolutely phenomenal. First, she was very willing to accommodate a schedule change due to the dogs being pregnant (this was unknown until the very last minute from the other owner). She was willing to work us into her busy schedule to arrange for a quicker transport. She was very communicative from the start. She explained the services provided, the route she would be taking, and ETA of delivery, gave GPS tracking when asked, and much more. Upon pickup, she received everything and sent us pictures and updates of the conditions of our dogs. During the middle of the night, we had an unexpected emergency that required veterinary attention. (This had nothing to do with Barbara and unfortunately was not something she could’ve prevented.) Barbara was quick to get the dogs into an emergency- despite being unable to get ahold of me right away. She offered the veterinarians to pay the bill to get them treated if I wasn’t available right away. She remained calm and attempted to continue contacting me to let me know what was going on. She even waiting in the parking lot for several hours because she didn’t want to leave the dogs. Unfortunately because of the emergent vet appointment, this put Barbara behind schedule for her other transports. She was very understanding and was still happy to work with us and make sure the dogs got to us. We made the decision to make a rushed travel to meet her halfway. Barbara didn’t want us to pay any remaining transport fee or any additional costs of supplies, etc. Barbara went above and beyond caring for our dogs after the emergency vet visit, making sure they were comfortable and content until we finally met. I have never worked with such an amazing transporter. It is very clear that Barbara truly does care about the pet and not any money associated with the job. She purchased harnesses that were not provided the original owner, she purchased medical supplies out of her own pocket. She offered to let us take the crates and leashes she had at no charge. I’mShe allowed several pit stops for leashed walks, food, water, and lots of love and attention. She bonded with our dogs and made their transport much easier. The countless updates, pictures, and even videos were so nice to get. It let us know that they were truly taken care of and in good hands. We are so thankful for the services provided by Barbara and will 100% recommend her to all our friends and family. Should we ever need another transporter, Barbara will be out first contact!
