If I could give a negative review I would but that's not possible. I have never been so hurt and disappointed in a service before till now. Me and my fiance have been planning on moving cross country for about 3 months and we were mostly worried about how we'd get our dogs up there but when we found Kimberly and her great reviews I was so relieved. She was set to get our dogs a day before we left and have them there a day after we arrived. She ended up pushing it back for the winter storm which we understood and were perfectly fine with that even tried to fit her schedule and make things easier for her. She ended up asking for 150 dollars for a new tire and she would deduct it from our shipping charge which we were weary about but decided to trust her. The next day she said she was on her way to pick up my dogs and be there by 7pm. We called her at that time and said she was only about an hour away 4 hours later. Every call goes to voicemail every text is unanswered and now me and fiance are half way across country without our babies. And out 300 dollars. She also has her transport on her Facebook and hires unauthorized drivers to ship you're dogs. I have proof of everything too.

He remained calm and when traffic finally cleared stopped for the night at a pet friendly hotel for safety. Mario made sure my baby was warm, safe, and had fresh food and water and clean bedding the whole time. It was initially agreed that Aaron would share his location during the entire delivery of my boat from Mississippi to Massachusetts. Well after about a few short hours his location wasn't on. After texting him to leave his location on for the entire time, he still did not do so. Aaron then informed me that his truck had a bad ball joint on it and would have to delay the delivery by a few days. I would assume this happened because he was traveling too fast while towing my boat. Upon arrival of my boat, it was noticed that the top of the engine cowlings had cracks in them. The engines had bounced up and hit the stern rod holders. One of the engine blocks to hold the engine in a locked position had broken off as well. When Aaron picked up the boat in Mississippi it wasn't touching the trailer stop, when it arrived in Massachusetts it was touching the stops. This was clearly because Aaron didn't care about my personal property and more than likely was on a time crunch to make more money. Then when reaching out to get his insurance information, he just ignored me. I wish I had spent the extra money to have a real professional bring my boat to me. Live and learn.

We just used Risa and Five Star Pet Relocation to move our four parrots across the country. These birds are like children to my mother, and I thought I was not going to be to convince her to trust someone with them. Parrots are hard to travel with— they require moderate temperatures at all times, food and water multiple times of day, and they are loud. Like real loud. After interviewing Risa and hearing her experience, her insightful questions about the animals, and her impressive résumé we knew we had found the right person to entrust with our birds. Risa played the birds videos of my mom, put on music they would like, and let them talk to her grandson. She drove through snow, ice, and extreme weather keeping us updated at every turn. Risa also drove our Prius across the country as well, saving us money and hassle on shipping it separately. Risa had excellent communication from booking until arrival. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her for any of your animals— she will treat them with kindness and respect, keeping you updated along the way.

Superior Pet was amazing! We had Missy transported from Maine to our home in Arizona. Missy is an older pup (12 years) with only 3 working legs and a few other problems. Her owner (our sister) was hospitalized in Maine and could not care for her so the move was urgent on short notice. Jay and Regina treated her as if she was their own pup.
