This company required 1/2 payment upfront but did not perform the service. No copies of receipts for flights supposed purchased to fly our two cats were provided. The shipper, at the very last minute, claimed that they could not get to Seattle to pick them up, do to cancelled flights. Again, no evidence of cancelled flights or details were provided. Communication during this process was not timely with the exception of the initial conversation to set up the arrangements and make the payment. No communication from the shipper has occurred since the most recent and last-minute cancellation. I am forced to conclude that this company is a likely a scam, and would NOT recommend that anyone make the same mistake that I did.

Couldn't have been a better experience. Super responsive, available last minute, reasonably priced, just wonderful. When he arrived with my stuff there were like 12 puppies in his van, literally! We were nervous about how we were going to get our pup to us as calmly as possible as the first time away from their mom and siblings is always so tough anyways. We discovered pet transport services and through this site met Sara. Sara was wonderful! She let us know all her information that a nervous pup parent might want, shared a live gps of her route, gave us updates every 2 hours about our pup and sent lots of pictures! We are superbly happy with our experience with Sara. It’s obvious that she adores the pups that she transports as takes as much care as possible. I posted for my pet to be picked up from Wyoming to Oregon and it just so happens that she was in Oregon. She got right on it the night I was actually looking for a pet nanny. She was very punctual, and great at responding. Once she got the puppy, she was great at letting me know she is eating and going number 2 which eased the waiting on this side. I was able to get a bunch of things done during the weekend waiting for her to bring my new 2 lb papillion. While she drove back, she was really good at making sure I knew they were coming. This little fur ball came home happy as can be, full of energy and made herself at home as soon as she got here. Im so glad I picked her to pick this little munchkin up because she made sure I knew she's got it all under control! She had everything, pee pads, food, plenty of blankets to keep warm and a safe kettle with lots of room. What helped me is that she made sure I knew she's got everything covered!

I would not recommend this pet service. I was to receive my puppies on 11-23-21. He changed the schedule to pick one pup up on Thanksgiving day from breeder with no consideration for them on the holiday. He was going to take one pup from Missouri to Texas then back to Colorado, pick up second pup and finally deliver to me in Wyoming, when the initial agreement was to pick up one pup in Missouri, go to Colorado and then to Wyoming. When I told him I didn't want my $5000 bull dog puppy stressed to the extreme by taking him all the way to Texas then to Colorado and then to Wyoming. I cancelled my contact and went with another transporter. I am in a dispute over refunding of my deposit.

First off I would like to say that I have never had to ship any of my pets but I have heard some horrific stories. I was in an urgent situation my son moved due to a new baby on the way and his new landlord said absolutely no pets. With the TSA guidelines and the risk with Covid having him transported was my only answer. After setting up my profile I was contacted by 30 plus companies however time was my issue not cost. In fact one offer lived in my city but they weren't departing from Cali until Feb. 2nd, which sounded great but the timing was too long off. Then I corresponded with June she was in Oceanside and departing Cali headed towards east coast the following morning. She agreed to pick up our little furry guy by 10am the following morning, which was approx. 8 hours off from when we started communicating. I gave her my son's address, phone number and all the info. She picked him up the following morning promptly as agreed and I was sent a GPS link to track their journey along the way. This was truly a great experience! I received photo's of our little furry guy along the way, text updates and she was always available immediately when I called with any questions. After meeting June in person I must say she truly has lots of love and compassion for animals. Anybody can perform a job or task but it makes all the difference if the person has the desire and thrives on what they are doing. June definitely fits the match for this task. I now have peace of mind knowing if I should ever need any of our furry family members transported in the future who I will call. keep up the amazing work June!!

Esmeralda was very responsive when we were setting up the logistics of our cat’s move from Colorado to Arkansas. She is professional and sent a lot of updates of our cats travels in the form of pictures and videos. She shared her location so you always know where she is. During our transport Esmeralda’s phone was stolen but she notified me right away through email and we were back in communication the very next day. Also, we arrived in Arkansas earlier than we thought and Esmeralda was willing to change our originally agreed upon itinerary to make sure our cat got to us a day earlier than scheduled. I would definitely recommend Esmeralda to anyone needing to transport their pet near or far!

I literally don’t know where to begin….and honestly I’m too tired to go through it all because I’ve slept 30 minutes in the past 24 hours waiting on them. Going to get this review up asap though in hopes it may help someone. I’m not going to waste anymore of my time over these people, so as briefly as I can here we go. I am happy my 2 tiny puppies are ok and they finally made it here. I have been hiring drivers for 12 years now, I know the liars and the typical stories they give etc. This is the typical lying unorganized transporter that you hear nightmare stories about. They are the ones the manage to get good reviews from people at the beginning of their route but the nightmare happens for everyone else. Beware….she is incredibly vague and will never give you a straight answer. Good luck if you choose her ??

They were very patient in letting him in to the crate, and would stop at dog run for him to release since he's not good with people in general.
