Let me start off by saying that this was the very first time I ever used a pet transport service, so I was very nervous to hand my pup over to someone we didn’t know. We used Shipmypuppy to transport our dog from Nj to Tx and boy are we glad! They gave me constant updates, pictures and even reports on my dogs bowel movements. I’m so grateful for all the love and care they gave my dog! They are reliable and really make you feel like part of the road trip. Great experience overall. I have a strict pick-up time schedule for my dog and PawRunners picked up my pup on time and also delivered on time. My pup has slight motion sickness where she will drool a lot but the driver is caring and take good care of my dog. I got photo and text update everyday about my dog and small changes in schedule. My dog arrived healthy and looks clean and happy.

WOW!!!! Mr. Joe got my Big Boy Opie (3 yr old, 90# Boxer) from Harmer, South Carolina to Huston, Texas in Record Timing!!! Opie's journey was very important and I prayed for the right driver and we got it. Mr. Joe knew that it was a situation where Opie needed to go to my sister's for a little while and none of us could take him. Mr. Joe knew that if was a tough situation as my children and I hugged on and loved up on our dog as much as we could before departure. When I took a picture of my sons with Opie, Mr. Joe offered to take one of our whole little family so I could get in it with them and I'm so grateful that he did. I highly recommend Mr. Joe and if I'm not able to drive Opie back, I will get him to bring my boy back because Opie likes him and we already know that Mr. Joe can get the job done. They went above and beyond for my family delivering sprinkles from Fresno, California To New York City. We moved from Fresno,CA to Wisconsin for a contract and needed a company to bring sprinkles to nyc to my wife’s parents. where we are staying for the next few months out in Wisconsin pets are not allowed, They made this process so great for my daughter. Especially with making her feel comfortable with sprinkles leaving her sight. They kept us updated throughout the process of getting sprinkles to NYC, through sending videos by text message, and we also had the option to video call with them. I can't express how amazing Hunter was for us! We found our Bullmastiff puppy in Pennsylvania & we live in far Northern California (2,800+ mi). His communication with updates & photos was very consistent. Understanding that our puppy was on the way "safely" & not rushed was huge for me.
