Their vehicle broke down. They were trying to fix it for about 9 hours. They weren't able to complete the shippment. We ended up having to pick our dog up (our dog was 6 hours away from us then another 6 hours from our destination) last minute because we had a flight the next day. Asked for a refund, gave them about a week, and was not given any update on the refund. If you decide to choose them as a shipper, please make sure that their vehicle is operational and do not give any cash upfront.

Excellent, A+ Service. You Call, We Haul had the lowest bid for my boat delivery, and it was a very reasonable price. The owner, Johnny, professionally and politely answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns up front. Johnny then proceeded to make a plan to get my boat moved from Rock Hall, MD to Castle Hayne, NC and make his return home on dry roads just before a huge snowstorm moved into the area. When he picked up my boat, there were quite a few things involved that Johnny did for me at no extra charge in preparation for the tow, which included strapping the boat down, and topping off the grease in the buddy bearings. I received numerous phone calls, text messages and photos during the process to keep me informed. Johnny even sent a cool photo of my boat in front of some Navy ships in the shipyard where he is stationed in Norfolk VA. Johnny was right on time to the minute with his ETA and the boat arrived safe and sound.
