Motorbike was transported in a closed trailer, he picked it up on time and delivered it right on time too (practically to the minute). Kept me appraised of everything along the way too. Terry was AMAZING! He flew our puppy from PA to FL. There were obstacles out of our control with airlines, but Terry handled it like a pro and got our puppy here safely the same day. She was very rude to me. After she picked up the puppy, I reached out to her a few hours later to ask if she was almost to the destination, and she told me that I had not reached out to her for hours and that she hit bad weather as if it was my fault. I had no idea that she hit bad weather. The person who was receiving the puppy asked me where she was because she was concerned and rightfully so. I was trying to coordinate with the driver and the only was she responded was very rudely to me. I am a nursing student and had an exam the next day I thought the puppy was in good hands and did not think I had to reach out. If she hit bad weather, the professional thing to do would be to message me and let me know. Then, as soon as she arrived to the destination after 2am she messages me (rude again) stating that the person's street was completely blocked with snow. Again, I had no idea that this was the case since the destination was almost 5 hours away. I gave her the person's phone number where she was going to deliver and she called me anyway. She was very very rude to me on the phone treating me as though I had control over the bad weather. After the drop off, she messaged me that she had to walk a long way to deliver in the snow. Again, I did not know this nor did I have any control over it. I obviously sympathize with her but I feel like everything could have been handled in a professional manner and it wasn't.

We originally booked a different pet transporter who canceled on us three days before our scheduled trip. William contacted me almost instantly with a very competitive bid to take our 4 dogs & 3 cats (7 total, 2 of them take medication twice a day) from UT to FL. Even though Mother nature threw a curveball and the weather was horrible and snowy the entire trip WILLIAM found the best, safest route and still delivered our babies on time! He kept us updated the entire trip, sent us tons of pictures and location updates and we got to FaceTime with our babies through out the entire trip! If you need someone you can rely on to safely transport your animals Cobble’s cross country transport is most definitely the way to go! They have brand new fancy vans with huge impact cages to keep your babies safe. I just can’t recommend them enough! If we ever need our animals transported again I won’t even consider anyone else, these guys are that good!

If I could give her 0 stars, I would. Although i’ve used this website before to ship dogs, i’ve never had any issues until now. At first everything was okay, but that surely changed. She had asked for me to send a deposit of $240, which was half of the payment in order to discuss when the dogs would have, etc. After that we agreed on a date that then was cancelled because of the snow storm. We then rescheduled again, my dogs were supposed to leave on a Thursday between 4-5. The day of I contacted her to let her know about the arrangements and she never responded. The next day, I contacted her she didn’t respond but read my messages. I’ve sent many text messages, called her, emailed citizenshipper and i cant get in contact with her but she reads my messages!!!!! I’m now out $240 and my dogs still have not been delivered.

I booked Dawg Gone Transportation to transport my 10 week old Corgi puppy from West Virginia to Massachusetts. Neither myself or my breeder has ever used ground transportation so we were both a bit nervous. However, we felt at ease with the Life360 App as it allowed my breeder and I to track the location of the puppy for pick up and drop off. Wendy also sent me a few text messages with updates as well so I knew when my puppy would be arriving. There was a bit of confusion as I was told they don’t transport more than 5 animals at a time, but later Danielle clarified that it is actually up to 5 families - which could include a litter of puppies. At drop off I received a small zip lock bag of food, with about a cup or less of food. Come to find out my breeder had packed about 10-12 zip lock bags of food pre-portioned which had my name and phone number one each bag. I was contacted a day later by the woman who received a drop off at the stop prior and all of my food had been given to her, despite my name and phone number being on every individual bag. All in all, I am happy that despite the weather my puppy arrived safety and the price was very reasonable.
