I don't think it's possible for me to say enough good things about Leandra and A Pawsitive Journey. We recently lost my father and needed to transport his chihuahua Coco Diablo from CT to FL. Diablo says it all - OR USED TO. I adore the dog, but she's been banned from playgroups AND the vet requires a muzzle. Leandra's "aura" (not a word I use often) was so astounding that Coco fell asleep within minutes of entering the car. Leandra texted updates, requested permission for allowing Coco to eat special foods. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and Leandra was even willing to keep Coco for a few days until matters were sorted out. I've been a lawyer for twenty years, but have been rescuing pets for more than 30 (THIRTY) years. that specializes in torts and contracts and have literally BEGGED Leandra to provide me the option to invest in her venture (The fist time I've done this in TWENTY YEARS) - she hasn't decided yet. This is a great service that appears to be modeled after EBAY in the early 2000's in many respects, but metaphorically, when it comes to negotiating for the safe travel of a live being versus a Nintendo WII - there is no wiggle room in this arena. Losing my father remains one of the most devastating situations I've ever experienced and the only positive aspect of this situation is choosing a Pawsitive Journey. We recently hired Dave to transport our newest family member Kissy, a 5 month old Pomeranian. Throughout the entire trip from North Carolina to SW Florida Dave was always in communication with us. He would send pictures and give updates frequently. You can tell Dave is an animal lover and advocate. He treats his furry costumers as of they were his own and always has their best interests in the forefront of the transport. His services are extremely reasonably priced and do not do justice to the care he provides during the transport. I would highly recommend Dave if you are looking to safely get you Fur family member from one location to the next!

I was really nervous about having my cats transported but when I spoke to, I think his name is Cory, he really inspired confidence with his calm demeanor and reassurances. The transporter, Matthew, was great. He kept in touch, communicated clearly, and reported on how the cats were doing. It was still somewhat stressful for the cats as this was a stressful transition, but JetPetz made it so much easier. I would definitely use them again, if needed. Highly recommend!

MoJoes Transport sent me a pic of my two Bengal cats at 10:54 am, along with a GPS location ( in real time). Sent me the same pic(literally) at 11:11am and then called me about 30 minutes later to say that one cat ran away. He claimed he was on the phone with State Police, sending pics, reaching out to animal control, rescue groups ( which all seemed quite heroic ) BUT NO STATE POLCE NOR ANIMAL CONTROL EVER received a call! NO dispatch to that area nor surrounding areas, ever came through for that day nor time frame!. MOST of the story was conflicting and hardly believable. I was not able to even see the vehicle he was traveling in as he parked away from the apartments. So, I had no way of even confirming that the other kitten wasn't inside his vehicle. He couldn't give me any concrete information and his search efforts were very exaggerated to even believe them. I'm appalled at this point! Heartbroken to say the least! My first time trusting a transport service and probably my last!

There were 2 large unkenneled dogs with leashed shut into the small SUV door, 1 loose dog and 2 dogs in kennel. Overall experience for a shy dog was not good.

I recently adopted a dog who was in Alabama. Keith was to pick him up and deliver him to Baltimore Maryland. He was in touch with Alabama family until he got there. Spending a little time for the family and dog to be comfortable with him. He then was in touch with me, sending pictures of my new dog during the trip to Baltimore. He arrived when he said he would. My new dog had really bonded with Keith, and wanted to be with him. Keith stayed a little while then left. "Kilo" cried at the front door after he left. Amazing!!!! I was so worried because the pickup was during a huge storm and my dad needed to be transported across the country. There was a second storm during the trip and the driver had to stay with my dog in a hotel for several nights but he never asked for any additional money for the hotel to his time or the extra supplies. I did give him a tip because I was so grateful that my dog arrived safe and happy.

June kept in contact with me before and throughout the trip, and I was able to track their journey using a gps app that she provided. June also mapped out a rough idea of the trip for me before they left. My senior dog with anxiety seemed very comfortable with them as well. He even cried after they dropped him off because he had such a good time with them. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone that is looking for a caring and efficient driver.

Krista was fantastic with our cat Tizzy. TIzzy hated the car every time we took her on very short rides to vet or when moving 60 miles from her first house. she has been an outdoor cat who only occasional comes indoors. I was afraid she was going to be a basket case or make Krista a basket case on a 4 day trip from CA to TX. But the 2nd day Krista sent us a photo Tizzy riding in the front seat just chillin'. The ride went well and Krista kept us updated along the way. She communicates very well before and during the trip. I very, very much recommend her.

I am absolutely impressed with Arete's service. This is the first time I needed it, I was very insecure about having a shared dog service delivery but I am very happy that I chose Arete. My puppy arrived in just 2 days, very well taken care of. The van had several other dogs, but everything was very clean and organized.
