Just an absolute car wreck. I mean that literally. We had plans for a pick-up for almost 2 months. Communication was the worst. Weeks of unanswered texts. Her contact info on the profile is wrong. Finally we got in contact and made plans. Her and her husband have no consistency, forgets when pick-up dates are along with the address they're supposed to be traveling to. Then they delay their trip due to scheduling. Then they delay it again because they got in a car accident. Then finally we're told Feb 22 for sure. I texted the week before to confirm, no answer. The night before, no answer. The morning of and more hours after. No answer until we're told again that we're getting delayed because they got assaulted and had to go to the hospital. Then to cap off the joke they cancel on us altogether because she said we were being rude trying to contact her all day (the day she was supposed to do pick-up). Zero professionalism. Just save yourselves the headache.

This move was an amazing experience. I was VERY nervous because I have three French bulldogs, and two of them are exotic. I was very nervous that something would happen to them throughout the journey or that they would escape but throughout the entire trip I was reassured that they were well taken care for and that they were Vigilantly watched and Risa made sure to only take one out at a time and was on the lookout for any suspicious people. Risa also bought sweaters for the dogs to not only keep them warm but also the try and conceal their coloring. All of the effort she put in to help reassure me that they were going to be safe and protected really need this move across the country so much easier. Having multiple updates every day throughout the day including pictures really helps too, and from what I’ve read from other reviews other transporters do not put in half the amount of work that Risa does. I am so thankful that I chose Risa to transport my pups, because I truly don’t think anyone else would have been able to do as good of a job or be as helpful and vigilant as she was.

Pretty good experience overall. Cassie and her son Hasani delivered my Goldendoodle from Houston to Chicago in under 24 hours which was pretty incredible! I am so happy with my experience. I had a last-minute family emergency and Jeanette just stepped right in and helped transport my babies with ease. We had so many pics of our furry babies' travels. Our babies were happy, loved, and well cared for. Two of my dogs do not warm up easily to other people. Those two had no problems during the transport. She transported 3 dogs for us. Listen to the reviews. They start off as nice people but when you ask for updates they get frustrated. We originally scheduled for the 17th for them to pick up my puppy from the breeder in Indiana. Then it was changed to the 18th at 6am. I understand that Joe was not able to make it in time. I DID NOT argue with them I simply understood. The 18th came at 6am and no update from Joe. It was almost 8:30am and Joe still did not show up to the breeder’s house. The breeder and I called a few times and no answer. I texted joe but no answer. My husband called Joe and no answer either, so my husband called Joe’s wife. All we wanted was an update, we were NOT being impatient or rude. We simply just wanted an update since Joe SAID he would be there at 6am but he didn’t. Joe’s wife got mad at us for calling asking for updates she called my husband yelling at him saying we were impatient and inhumane for not letting her husband sleep…. What kind of company yells at their customer. I was not aware Joe was asleep and even if he was that’s totally fine I understand that driving long distance is tiring. We just wanted an update THATS ALL. She left my husband a long rude message again and a rude voicemail also. This is very unprofessional. After this there was NO WAY I would trust them transporting my puppy so I cancelled with them. If that’s how they treat people I cannot imagine how they were going to treat my puppy. I have placed a claim to my bank to get my money back. They shouldn’t be allowed to keep the deposit if this is how they treat people. The Service is a scam, not at all what they claim on their profile. CitizenShipper was kind enough to refund me the website fee. MoJoes should do the same. I sent screenshots, of what she sent us, to PayPal and I hope I get my money back. I would think twice before getting them.

Esmeralda was AMAZING! I've never used a service like this but bc of her I feel complete confidence in using it again and would highly highly recommend it to anyone. I rescued a dog in NJ and was going to drive myself to go get her until a contact of mine told me about citizenshipper. Best desicion I could have possibly made. Esmeralda was easy to communicate with, responded timely and was an absolute joy to hire for this job. From the time she picked her up until I received her I got 24 picture updates of her on the ride.. 5 video updates and a GPS tracker from her on the road from start to finish. If thats not impeccable service I dont know what is! She went above and beyond for me on incredibly short notice.. like almost impossible on the notice I gave her and she made it happen.. saved me a ton of time and was worth way more than what she quoted me. I cannot speak highly of her enough :) if you need transport for any reason for your animal I would certainly use Esmeralda and will personally again in the future should the need arise. Seriously.. book her.. you won't regret it :)

Absolutely amazing! I would give 10 out of 5 stars if it was possible. I was nervous to have my 100 lb dog Rosie transported by anyone except for myself across the country. Shawn was SO sweet, exceeded my expectations and made the process a dream. Pick up was smooth and on time, also had a comfortable and clean set up for my pup. Had an excellent experience working with Kellie. Our transport timeline coincided with a winter storm on the east coast, and in spite of this, Kellie still delivered our dog halfway across the country in only two days. We appreciated the speed greatly as our little pup was quite stressed and this reduced the time she had to spend in transit. We received picture updates along with updates on her eating. Our dog is especially anxious and nervous so we were quite relieved when Kellie let us know she spent some time petting and cuddling her, it provided much peace of mind knowing our dog was so well cared for during her journey. Pamela is a really lovely person who cared for Hida like she was her own. I was kept up to date on their travels, and even when the signal dropped, she was sure to let me know when they were back online. Roberto transported my late father’s desk and a 200 yo family heirloom chair from south FL to NW Oregon. The furniture arrived in perfect condition despite him having to navigate an intense winter storm. If you are having a hard time deciding who to choose because you've just received 978 quotes and how could you possibly know who you can really trust with your precious pet, stop right now and book a ride with Derby's Delivery. Teri made my experience - which i was admittedly anxious about- exceptional. First, communication is nothing but the best-she is intelligent and laid back- was patient with my endless stream of questions - and sent lots of photos and updates on the trip here. She treated my sweet new dog like her own, giving her lots of love (and belly rubs and snuggles when they stopped for the night). Her vehicle was spotless and the estimated travel time was great- but she got here even earlier than promised due to a last minute change - but only after making sure I was aware and okay with it first. By the time she arrived, it felt like a trusted family member had volunteered to bring my new girl home - and I could and can not imagine a better experience. He dealt with changes in the itinerary due to significant storms, and handled some extremely tough driving conditions while keeping me informed the whole time as to his anticipated delivery time. We’re so glad we choose Adam. He sent us videos of our dogs every 3 or 4 hours. If we ever had to go thru this process again Adam would be our ONLY call.
