Great service and the person who i was in contact was very responsive to me. The only thing for others to be aware they will typically ride with other dogs but they will provide a cage for your dog to rest in while on the rode. They sent me videos of how she was doing giving me the reassurance she was okay.

As you can imagine, it very difficult to make a decision as to who you would feel comfortable enough to transport your pet on such a long journey. Carl not only arrive a day earlier than promised, but arrive an hour earlier than estimated. Carl's communication was great, constantly keeping me informed and provided lots of pictures at each of their stops. I would highly recommend Carl and his business partner to transport your pet, as prices are beyond reasonable. I would definitely use ShipMyPuppy/FurBaby Transit again. The companies pricing was very affordable, more then willing to work with their customers. The dog arrived safe but besides that the driver was 4 hours later than what he said (was 2300 turned into 0245) The only pictures we saw of the puppy was of him in a crate which we didn't receive until we bothered the manager. For all we know the dog never left the crate. All in all not the best transportation. When someone offers a service with certain parameters. I usually expect those parameters to be followed.

Great guy, a professional with good communication skills. When he left with our car it was a relief to feel it would arrive safely and I could focus on all the other aspects of our 800 mile move. He called and sent us pictures of the car when he arrived. It was reassuring to see our Civic showed up the way it left. He dropped it off in driveway of our new home, as we requested. FAE Transport did a 5 Star job picking up my daughter’s 2 year old Boston Terrier in Decatur, Georgia and transporting her to Ellicott City, Maryland. Kayla kept in contact with us from before the pick up. Pictures and updates about potty breaks and leg stretching breaks came throughout the day. Upon arrival Maple was healthy and happy. It was apparent she had enjoyed her trip and her travel companions who were Kayla and her husband. Without paying extra, Maple got a VIP trip. She was the only dog in the transport. I did not expect that. So, we got pleasant surprises at a very reasonable rate. If we have to transport another pet - or this one again, I will reach out to Kayla at FAE Transport first. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided.

I would never give even one star (I’d give zero) but the website required I choose between one and five. Tim took my money ($600 to be exact) and then promised to show up on our designated date, never communicated with me about the details, and never showed when he told me the date he’d be by. I had to spend thousands of dollars extra to ship my cats with a different reputable company quite literally on the day we had planned to move. Months later he eventually refunded me after I communicated I would be pressing charges if my deposit wasn’t returned. Would never recommend to anyone with a brain or anyone who wants someone to safely actually transport their cats. Go through a professionally company and don’t use this site.

Keith is the best! He was very punctual with his pick up date and time and very patient with me as one of my cats decided to escape and play hide and seek for a bit as we were loading! First off I paid for a solo drive and was given the date of 2/11 and I agreed with that date even with it being after the puppy was ready the breeder was good working with me and I wanted a solo 5 hour ride for my puppy. I booked it 3 weeks ago so plenty of time for it to be setup properly. But I get a message the 6th saying they are setting up route then somehow they dont even come through and they don't pickup my puppy. They message the breeder telling her it would be the next day and at 10am and then tell her it's not then even. I try calling since they never bothered to return my text from the 9th and nothing and then I get a notice that they have left a message for me and I need to review them before I can even see it! Keep in mind i havent even heard from them since the 9th of Feb when they didnt respond to my question. So not sure what they are running but its not a professional transport servive.... Pickup date of February 11th Replacement date of February 12th No communication from transport about anything not even about today or the fact they weren't coming yesterday. I paid them and I paid the breeder in full. So I am out thousands and I dont even have a puppy for my kids......

They were disorganized and this led to some issues prior to the pick up of my cats since they needed to be picked up from the airport from an international flight. Barry who was the driver that picked up the cats from the cargo terminal did a phenomenal job keeping us updated with videos and texts. He was very kind towards my boys (one hates cars and communicated his distress with meows most of the car ride) and very considerate of their needs, getting them to my home in Lawrence a couple hours earlier than expected. Thanks to that good communication I was able to relax knowing the cats would arrive as safely and as comfortably as possible.

I was really nervous to leave my pup with people I’ve never met before and trust them to take care of her but Patrick and Eric did a great job. They were on the road a lot and stopped every once in awhile to let my pup eat and move around. I even asked them to keep her away from other dogs so they let her have her own private time whenever they stopped. They slept in the car with her and I can really tell they took good care of her because of how calm and happy she was when I picked her up. Whenever I asked for pictures they always updated me within an hour and she really got comfortable with Eric. Patrick and I even talked about random funny stuff the whole time he was going . These dudes are super cool and super legit at what they do. They used life360 live tracking so I could see where they were 24/7, and the app even kept logs of when they moved early in the morning so I could see what they did when I was sleeping, they also did it almost a thousand dollars cheaper than anyone else who sent me a quote for this long trip. I could go on and on but these dudes are passionate about what they do. Thank you guys!

My dog arrived safely & seemed to like David & Elizabeth a lot. They didn't give us back her favorite blanket, which I explained was sentimental b/c it belonged to our dog that passed. David promised to drop it the last 3 days never did & then just stopped responding to me. She also came back REALLY skinny. She seems fine but I don't think they were feeding her enough. Overall the service was good but there's some room for some improvement.
