Excellent experience from beginning to end. We were a little nervous since we never used a pet transport before. Terry did such a great job I will be sure to keep this in mind should the need ever arise again. She was in close contact from the very beginning, let me know when she was there to pick up the dog, when she left their place. During the trip she sent me pictures every few hours from inside the car and during potty breaks. She let me know 30 minutes before arriving at our home and assisted with introductions between our new dog and the dog we already have. We definitely will use her again.

Terrible experience. Pretty sure she over booked. She got customers confused. Terrible communication. Canceled the service 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up and contacted the other party and don’t bother to contact the person paying for the service. Then tried setting me up with another person for the service but there was no update in the system, i have no clue who’s number she was giving out for transport, which she also gave to the wrong person again. Super terrible experience!

Emi was absolutely amazing! I was very nervous to have my pet transported to Seattle since I had never done this before , but she answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. She was great at keeping me updated throughout the trip . I received adorable pictures of lexi ( my dog ) and chewy at dog parks and during potty breaks. She also made sure Lexi was well fed on the trip. I would absolutely trust her again with my Lexi and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy caring person to transport their pet.

As all his reviews 5 stars, I wish I could give him 10 stars, Fredo was super professional, very considerate on our time, treated our little guy as if it was his own, later he guided me on what food to buy and shampoo, he's also a therapist and guided us on what to expect from my daughter who was afraid of animals but now she is welcoming our new little one more and more day by day. We can't thank Fredo enough for his carful transport of our puppy and the guidance and line of communication he has left open to us, I can say he's a new friend of the family but feel like we've know him for years:)

patrick had to cancel our drive a few days before due to vehicle problems. i understand that some things cannot be foreseen, and he handled it as best he could, but i have to rate him low due to the pressure it put on us and our plans, aswell as the extra fees we had to pay other shippers to meet the same deadline. we did geg a full refund though, which im grateful for. overall i wish luck to Patrick and his vehicle going forward.

Superior Pet Transit went above and beyond with the transport of my dog. Despite the challenges that often come with road travel/transport they were able to safely deliver her in a long-distance trip, with an on-time pickup and drop-off. I knew that she was being well taken care of from the pictures provided by Superior. Moreover, because her harness was too large, they even gave accommodated us by providing her with a harness that better fit her during vehicle travel and outdoor breaks.

Nyssa was absolutely wonderful! She moved two, beloved pets from Minnesota to California. Nyssa was communicative, responsive, and knowledgeable. She even helped me get a grooming appointment when my regular groomer backed out at the last minute. She sent regular updates, live photos and videos. She was perfectly punctual - and took her time with the dogs to ensure they receive adequate rest. I cannot recommend Nyssa enough. I would absolutely use her again for pet moving.

They seemed OK until they broke my dogs leg. The fiasco had cost us 6k. we very politely asked if they had insurance to help us with the bill. They said they did but played games about it and turns out the insurance they were waiting to hear back from actually doesn’t exist . I’m lucky if she even acknowledges my texts never mind gives a cow about my situation, she’s too busy victimizing herself for the schedule that comes with the career she chose and stringing me along in the process (t has been over a month since surgery and we’ve gotten nowhere).. I definitely do not recommend this transporter.

Josh is an incredible resource! He was in Seattle when I booked him. I wanted him to pick up 2 hunting Golden Reteivers in Billings, MT. He was here the very next day!
