I purchased a boat in Georgia and live in central Florida. Of course I wanted the boat as soon as possible and Keith offered to pick it up ASAP. I Started the process on Monday afternoon and boat was at my home on Wednesday night. Keith inspected the boat, sent me photos and said it was in perfect shape and started the journey. He updated me several times, sent me photos and estimates of arrival times throughout the process. I live in the Pacific Northwest and bought a used Bass Boat in East Texas and needed it towed home. Arwen gave me a competitive bid and had excellent reviews so I hired her for the haul. She was an excellent choice. The condition of the trailer appeared to be in great shape but a tire blew out and completely peeled off. She communicated with me the entire trip and took it to a tire store to have all of the tires checked out and the one replaced. I was handed the phone so I could talk to the mechanic. Dennis was extremely accommodating in terms of allowing my 3-year-old German Shepherd's stuff to be hauled from OH to CA. He really allowed me to take advantage of his RV--including permitting me to pack a few of my personal items. Although there were delays, we made it work. All that mattered was getting all parties here safely--and minimizing the traumatic experience of an across country trip. When I closed the garage door, my dog looked longingly at the RV and seemed like he could've used one more g'bye pet from Dennis. All in all, dog settled into new place well. I don’t even know where to start! Mike and Caitlin Were both so nice and kind! We got into a pickle with shipping our new puppy from Ireland to Chicago and then Chicago to denver as the person taking care of the dog from Chicago and denver canceled on the last minute. As soon as we let them know what had happened they did everything they could to make the process less stressful, including going to the airport early and waiting for our dog to clear customs, so that they could pick him up. They sent us pictures and updated us every day. They also made it out to Colorado earlier than planned! I could also tell that our puppy which is a Newfie puppy weighing about 40-50 pounds was spoiled and pampered by them. They were also really good communicators, happy to answer all questions, take phone calls and texts at anytime. Overall, would def recommend them to anyone and everyone. We really appreciated all they did to make everything less stressful for us and our pup.

My son lives in TX and I live in South Florida. After my visit to TX, he gave me his dog and I needed to get him to me. I've never had a dog transported. After much research, I found Katrina and her husband John, who have a perfect 5-star rating. I went with them and so glad I did. Everything they promised, they delivered! They picked up the dog when promised and kept me and my kids informed of their movements. I felt so comfortable with these two people, whom I never met, that I never checked in with them. To my surprise, they delivered him a couple of days before I expected, which was phenomenal! Upon delivery, my new dog was hesitant to come with me, hugging both of them (as to say, don't let me go) and whining when they were gone. Bravo Katrina and John. You both are exceptional! Thank you.

Delivered on time fighting Mother Nature winter wonderland across multiple states! Vanessa delivered Atlas healthy, clean and maybe a bit spoiled from AZ to NC. Doug is the guy you want delivering your things. Firstly, he’s retired law enforcement so is very familiar with various state laws, secondly he’s super experienced with towing as he pulls his big boat all over for fishing. Thirdly, he takes genuine care to make sure your pet/toy is being looked after throughout the journey. That means checking on trailer wheels/bearings throughout the journey, sending you updates, giving your pets treats, etc. He’s just a really nice, really competent guy. Would definitely recommend him or even pay extra to get him. Thanks Doug!

Jason was very good at getting my 2 dogs to me. However, he was not very good at following the time frame I had to work with. He was supposed to pick up my dogs between 8-10am. He showed up before 6am. And I told him that the dogs could NOT be dropped off before 4pm the next day. He tried to drop them off around noon. If your timing is flexible, Jason is the best you could ask for. However, if you are working on a set time schedule, like I was, you may end up having to rearrange your schedule.
