I can't put into words how awesome Esmeralda was. I was nervous as I needed an 8-week-old shepherd puppy transported to us for my son whom has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The puppy is going to be his helper dog. She was above and beyond what I hoped for. She was very attentive to us and the home she was getting her from. What can I say about Terry...He was amazing! I have a 6 year old lab that I needed to take with me from Chicago IL to Los Angeles CA. I was done with school and I was feeling anxious because of COVID I was not allowed to take my dog in the plane due to embargo. I started to look around and I came across this site. I was a bit worried that this wouldn't work. But now I am a believer lol. Terry was patient, caring, loving towards my dog. He was great with sending updates with pictures whenever he would stop to rest. Savannah at first was a bit anxious but once she got comfortable with Terry she was having a great time. We both got to California on Wednesday (he got here before me) my parents where home to receive my dog and they also mentioned how great Terry was and how happy Savannah looked with him. HB Transit was responsive and courteous. The driver/truck team that they subbed to was a disaster though. No communication and missed the pickup by half a day and the drop off by more than 24 hours.
