This was a nightmare of an experience. My cavapoo was supposed to be taken to North Carolina and two poodles were supposed to be brought back to me from the same place. Lindy told me she needed money for gas, which I did give her as part of payment. It’s now been 4 months later and after telling me the last of the $20 would be paid back and me reminding several times, I never got all the money back. The dogs never were delivered with a bunch of stress in the middle. Said her car broke down, detours to another city I wasn’t told about for another pick up. Very stressful and my dog that was supposed to be delivered was brought back to me not having enough food for the days she was gone from me. Really horrible, stressful situation. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

I wish I could give a negative star review. Initially, Anita was pleasant and professional. Then over the course of 2 weeks she changed the plan, the driver, the method of transport 4 or 5 times. "I promise I will have someone to you tomorrow". Last minute, like the time she said her driver would be at my home, she would reschedule. She wouldn't answer phone calls and when she did, she gave her life story trying to get sympathy for her life situation. Every chance she got she tried to make this business about her personal life making me uncomfortable. At the end I called and requested my deposit back. Not only did she scream at me on the phone, she screamed at my husband too and hung up. Never have I dealt with this severe lack of professionalism and abuse from someone claiming to love dogs so much. Do not book with this company, your dogs will not be safe and secure. She is not transparent with who she has transporting your fur babies and if you say anything that may upset her like asking for your money back after a botched transport arrangement, watch out because she will start screaming at you.

To me this place is great I was a little concerned at first because they tell you 1-5 business days to pick up so on day two I called wondering why I hadn’t heard anything but they reassured me that I would get a call. On day four I got a notification from them my driver will be picking up my machine that day and I will receive it in two days. She had recently gotten ill and we had so many pieces to coordinate getting her into an assisted living facility near us. I am such a planner and had no idea how Citizen Shipper worked but knew it was our only option during covid (limited availability for dogs in plane cargo). James was so responsive leading up to picking up Winter and no question was too silly for him to answer. He arrived on time and reassured us Winter was in great hands. Simeon arranged the pick up time and was there exactly when he said he would be. 4 days later he's dropping them off in Oklahoma, given the distance, weather, and route, I was impressed. This bike means the world to me and Simeon came through exactly as he said he would. I was impressed. He let me know when he'd pick them up, he let me know when they were loaded and gave me a little notice when they were to be delivered. Seems like a good guy just trying to get things done. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had to give one star because zero stars wasn’t a choice. Eric told me he had a truck and a dual axle trailer to haul my motorcycle 575 miles. He also said he had chocks mounted in his trailer to secure my bike. He rented an old Uhaul trailer. There were NO chocks in the trailer to securely hold my 600 lb cycle. He lied to me. He did not have a good trailer, he did not have proper equipment to secure my cycle. The Uhaul trailer didn’t even have a ramp. WTH? How was he going to get it in the trailer? My motorcycle salesman took pictures of his equipment and called me. He said he wouldn’t let him haul a bicycle with that trailer let alone a motorcycle. I called Eric and told him I was not comfortable with his equipment. He assured me that it would be fine. I told him he lied to me and misled me. And I was not going to let him haul my motorcycle. The salesman sent him away without my cycle. I have contacted Eric multiple times to get a refund on the money that I paid him. I feel I deserve a refund because of how he missed lead me and lied to me about his faulty equipment. I highly suggest you do not use Eric Bausch to Transport anything of significant weight or value. He is a liar, he misleads, he does NOT have good equipment and then he takes your money and you will not hear from him again. He uses Zelle for his money transactions. Zelle has tried for weeks to get my money back but he won’t take their calls. I have contacted a lawyer to speak with both Zelle and Eric Bausch. DO NOT BOOK THIS DRIVER!!!! Alex is Kansas

Doug was not the person who transported our puppy. Citizen shipper vetted Doug but his daughter, Dawn, transported our puppy. I contacted Citizenshipper directly but never heard back so... I have to post a bit about my experience. In summary, it took 2 days longer than it should have (with only 3 days worth of food, our giant breed puppy looked emaciated when he arrived), she seemed to be lost - random states, etc., she would never say exactly where she was (only which state), he was covered in feces and smelled like it, he had Giardia (after having a clean bill of health from the vet, as determined by phone call and records, just 2 days prior to transport), she did NOT have a leash (our puppy was walking loose at a gas station by a busy road when we finally found Dawn. He's 3k and running loose?), I had to tell her to stay put and I would drive to get to her (had to drive 1.5 hrs to get to her after repeated text messages saying she was just 5 minutes away and about to take the exit...). Please... don't put your pets through a traumatic experience.
