We did not get to work with Jodee because our flight was delayed 48 hours. However, from the initial conversation to the conclusion of our business, she was nothing but extremely helpful, flexible, and professional. Our first delay of 24 hours was accommodated when she could have just cancelled. Unfortunately the second 24 hour delay couldn't be accommodated - we decided to look for another carrier because we did not want to affect other clients/Jodee's schedule (which she already shifted and accommodated us for). I am confident that our dog would have been in the BEST hands with Jodee, unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of following through with our trip because of our delays. Thank you again Jodee for all your time and patience with us!!

We had our new British Lab puppy transported from the breeder in Mississippi to our home in Dallas, and Nicole and Curtis were beyond amazing! I am delayed in my review because...puppy life is busy! We used their service about 4 months ago to bring our 9week Weimaraner all the way from Texas to GA! They sent pictures along the way with updates and made us feel comfortable and trusting. They had to stay at a hotel one night (bc such a long drive) and let our puppy cuddle and sleep on the wife’s neck when he was whining, so selfless! they are awesome and I would totally recommend if you are hesitant on who to choose. They dropped Leo off right at our front door and they really are animal lovers. Great people and super nice. My pup still gets excited when he sees a truck and I think it’s because it reminds him of his road trip with them.

I flew to Texas to meet Diann who was supposed to pick up my puppy from the breeder in Arkansas and drove him to me in Texas. She ended up telling me last minute she couldn't do it but that she had a friend who could. Having already purchased a 2way plane ticket I couldn't get a refund for I decided that was fine. Well the day I flew from Washington to Texas she had little to no contact with me. Her friend was supposed to be bringing my puppy to me that night or at the latest the next morning as I would be flying back the next morning. Diann was calling me on different numbers and saying she was having trouble getting ahold of her friend who at this point had picked up my puppy and said he was on his way. It was a5 hour drive for him so I stayed up most the night waiting just to call and find out he went back to his house to sleep. The next morning I said I needed my puppy asap or I would have to drive to Arkansas myself and get him so I wouldn't miss my flight back home and was told that was not necessary he would be on his way soon. I waited until 5pm and was told her friend had a flat just 30 minutes away from his house. I then got a rental car and drove 5 hours to meet him in Arkansas and 5 hours back to Texas. Making it back to get a few hours of sleep before my early morning flight. I was very upset and at times worried I was being scammed since neither her or her friend would answer my texts or calls for hours at a time only to answer with an excuse. I will not use her services again.

This was my first time using this service and I was overwhelmingly nervous but Eric took time to message back and forth with me to reassure my concerns. Once we agreed on him transporting my puppy, he left immediately and drove ensuring my puppy arrived to me the next morning. He also sent me pictures along the drive when he stopped for gas or a break. He texted me also on his stops to say things were going well and provided an update on his travel time/distance. He also provide me with a google map where I could see him traveling. Let me back up, when he went to get my puppy from my sister, he even let my sister take his picture. I do appreciate Eric and his loyalty for what he does. He went above and beyond to make sure I was ok!! He did arrive with my puppy as promised. I will always use his services.
