I am highly satisfied with the experience I received from this company. We had to move suddenly because of my spouses passing away and needed someone as soon as possible as I was getting on a plane in 2 days and could not take her because of pet travel suspension due to Covid plus I was already flying with a 13 month old. Their services were very affordable, they gave my dog excellent treatment and gave me lots of updates. It only took them less than a day to drive my Pomeranian mix from Raleigh,NC to Michigan in December (snowy roads). They were patient and flexible with the fact that I was rushing to get a certificate of health the same day of pick up. And within 2 days of requesting their services they had my baby lilo here.

Unfortunately I see that this is an on going issue. As 2 other individuals have experienced the same lack of communication and delays as I did. Not only were they not able to make the pick up time for my puppy. I ended up having to cancel altogether due to not being able to do the pick up at a reasonable time frame. They expected the breeder to sit up until 1 am when pick up was scheduled for 4pm that day. Then offered to do it on Monday which wasn’t a possibility due to both myself and the breeder having to work. Due to the lack of communication and proving to be unreliable the decision was made to cancel and her provide a refund which I still haven’t gotten. I honestly would never use this individual again or recommend to anyone

Hezee brought my pup about as far as you can in this country, from Boston to San Diego. He shared his location using Apple’s Find My technology, was happy that I used an AirTag for additional safety, and kept in close touch with regular messages and videos updating me on their progress. They arrived safely and exactly when he estimated they would. He also was careful to keep my dog’s toys/food/etc together so unloading him was a breeze. He was such a nice guy, we were fortunate he joined us for lunch to celebrate their long journey. Thanks Hezee!

Very satisfied! Kimberly was very sweet, and always stayed in tough up to the day of transport. Going from Massachusetts to Florida, on the day of transport, We were having inclement weather, and she offered to pick up ahead of the storm. That was a huge help. All through the trip we were kept updated with photos and texts. Our dog showed up happy and at ease. We would highly recommend Kim. Here warm and pleasant personality will resonate with your dogs. I hope this isn’t a typical situation, but my experience wasn’t very good. The driver and I agreed for a noon Saturday pickup. I messaged the driver 3 times before noon of pickup date before she finally replied telling me she won’t be able to arrive at noon for pickup. This was 10 minutes before noon that she had replied so definitely bad communication. The driver told me she could arrive that same day, but in the evening. The breeder had instructed me she had prior engagements so an evening pickup would not be possible. The breeder and I then decided to see if we could have the pickup the next day at noon, so Sunday. I asked the driver if we could do noon the next day instead of this current evening. The driver told me she could do between 5pm - 9pm the next day. This was far off from our prior agreement of noon on Saturday. I understand these are drivers who have their routes and take on jobs, but she should not have agreed to do Saturday at noon knowing it would not be possible. Also the lack of communication to reply to me 10 minutes before pickup that she would not be able to make it. I ended up canceling with the driver and she told me she would refund me the deposit at her next stop. Once the day turned to night I asked the driver again if she could process the refund and she said she would do so in an hour. It is now Sunday night and I still await my refund. I contacted her again this night for the 3rd time of hoping she will process my refund.

This was my first time using CitizenShipper. I was still skeptical even though I knew someone who had used it to transport a dog. The moment I posted on CitizenShipper for transporting 2 young puppies from Minnesota to Texas, Tammi was one of the first to respond. As I was reading her detailed profile about all her experience and certifications, all her great reviews, and looked at the many pictures she had taken during her trips, I started to feel more comfortable. Her message had more information than some of the other ones I received, and her profile was more informative as well. After I booked her, Tammi called the breeder herself and arranged how the dogs would be picked up, which was very helpful. After I paid her, she kept me updated on her progress when she was driving to where the dogs would be picked up. Something I really appreciated about Tammi is her ability to communicate well and quickly. I am not a big fan of talking on the phone, and I was able to do all my communication with her entirely via messaging on CitizenShipper and then text messaging from my phone after booking. Tammi was also extremely responsive via messaging and text. Before I booked, after I booked, after I paid, and even during the trip. She never texts while drives, but she responded to me or reached out to me when she stopped somewhere along the way. Not only is Tammi very experienced, but she is kind, fun to talk to, and has a good heart. You can also genuinely tell she loves animals. She sent me many photos and videos of my dogs throughout the trip, which I really enjoyed. I wasn't left to wonder and worry if the dogs were having a good trip or not. The pictures and videos showed that they were. As if it's not clear already, I highly recommend booking Tammi if you need someone to drive your animals or belongings somewhere... even if it's from one side of the country to the other!
