This experience was above and beyond what I expected. Risa took great care of my dog Briggs all the way from Massachusetts to Texas. I was very nervous about the whole thing, especially because Briggs has a tendency to get nervous/ aggressive around new ppl but from the moment she met Risa all went well. Risa was very communicative the entire time, sending pictures and even videos of Briggs in the car and on potty breaks. This was more than worth the cost. 10/10 would recommend.

Kerry was amazing to work with. Very professional and responsive. I booked him about 3 weeks out to take our dog from Cleveland to Tampa. He kept me informed during the trip and shared his GPS so we could follow him on the map. He texted me and sent photos throughout. He took great care of our dog and treated her as his own. Our dog was very happy with him when he dropped her off. I couldn't recommend him more.

After agreeing on a time and date, I paid the 500 deposit. The day of the agreed pick up,he requested a different pickup time due to having mechanical issues with his vehicle. His communication regarding his inability to meet with agreed upon times and date was sparse at best requiring me to contact him multiple times. After a third time and date being set up I was contacted just a few hours prior to the agreed pick up time advising his truck was broken down a third time and he could not make the delivery as agreed upon. After speaking with him on the phone about the third missed pick up time, he advised he would refund the deposit. After that phone conversation he stopped all communication. I have since had to open a dispute with Venmo regarding this matter. We are now three weeks out from the original pick up date, and have still not received the refund from him with no communication regarding this matter. Be cautious to take him on as he has proven to be unreliable, and to not follow through with agreed times, dates, or be responsible with refunds when he gave his word. This is a definite buyer beware.

ChristiIna and Tim were wonderful! They were very nice and accommodating to my schedule and my cat’s needs. I was so happy to see that they really cared about her well being and mental state since she was terrified about moving and being outside since she’s been an indoor cat all her life. They tried to keep her as comfortable as possible during the move. Christina was able to let me know her status anytime I texted them while they were on the road. They have experience with training animals and know a lot about caring for them. Now my cat is all settled in her new home and after about half a day of adjusting she’s basically completely back to normal. I would highly recommend booking with them.

Great experience using citizenshipper and Koda. Was able to get my american pit bull transported from OR to KY for a fair price. Enjoyed the picture updates and communication regarding my dogs health. Would highly recommend anyone wanting a more personalized pet transportation to use Koda. Gina recently transported my Labrador retriever from Newport Beach, California to Charleston, South Carolina. She was absolutely the right person to complete that trip! She sent me daily messages and photos of Willow, and made frequent stops for Willow to play at dog parks and exercise at various stops along the way. Additionally, when Willow wasn’t feeling well, she stopped and made chicken and rice so that Willow could eat. She’s a lovely person and I would highly recommend her with any of your pet’s traveling needs!

They were completely awesome to work with and their pricing is extremely reasonable especially for the far distances. They made sure that my 4 cat were comfortable and they took great care of them. All 4 of my cat made it safely to my sister in Washington state! They are also great with communication and keeping me updated on how my cats were reacting since one of them was having a lot of issues with the move. But I am so glad that I picked them to take my cats, overall the best experience with pet transportation!

I came across waggin tails transport when looking for a way to transport my cane corso puppy from SC to CT, and I’m sure glad I did. Once I contacted them through this website Patti reached out to me directly and we communicated every step of the way. James picked up my dog and I could watch him through the tracking app for the whole trip. I was kept up to date on the status of the trip and was sent pictures of my puppy every step of the way. When I got her she was in great shape and ready to meet her new family. I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them in the future.

I highly recommend! They transported my pup to California from Texas and they took great care of her, they sent me updates with pictures of her, kept her on her normal feeding and potty schedule. If you ever need to transport your fur babies across state lines use them!

Jeff and his associates were great! He picked up my American bulldog mix in a timely fashion and I could tell he has a lot of experience with dogs. Rocky took to him right away. Jeff also allowed me to ship a dog crate, dog bed, and medication with my dog! He sent pictures and updates of Rocky consistently, which really helped calm my nerves about the cross country transportation. I also appreciated that the travel was not rushed nor overextended. I knew he was making enough stops and rest time for himself and my dog whilst still ensuring a timely transport. If I ever need another dog transport We're Haulin' will be my first and only choice!
