She then canceled the trip through cs. Right when she was supposed to be arriving. She then sent a message through cs saying she was distraught because her mom died. Funny she used that same excuse with the previous driver that had a complaint . She is a scam artist. Do not use her. She tried her best to get me to send money ahead of time. Do not use this driver/company!!!!!! I in order to post this I had to give a star rating. I put 1 because that was the lowest rating. I would give a major negative star rating

She was supposed to pick up my puppy on 12/9 and had to delay it because of vehicle issues. The pick up changed to 12/10 and deliver on 12/11. This never happened. So it was now supposed to be a 12/12 delivery and when I asked what time she would be showing up as I had errands to run she told me don’t rush as it would be later this afternoon, around 4pm I asked for an ETA and she responded with her tracking and when I downloaded it she was still in Tennessee and I live in Ma. I contacted Citizen Shippers to get them involved and I was told I would have my puppy by 6am on 12/13 and I didn't get delivery of my puppy till 12:30. Communication was awful as I was constantly given bad information.

I was told my dog would be traveling 2-4 days from Oregon to Texas when they came to pick the driver then told me it would be around 10 days because she had to go to New York first which made no sense to go there before Texas when I said I do not want my dog traveling in a kennel for that long the driver gave me attitude saying she was on a time limit and now she wasted gas because she went out of her way but she was traveling from Washington to California so therefore I was not out of the way and she was the one that failed to mention it was now going to be maybe 10 days instead of 2-4

Demon Dawgs Transports did an awesome job from start to finish! We had a very special pet transport, Rex - our daughter's beloved Bearded Dragon, it's giant enclosure, and moving boxes. Beardies need very special care when traveling or they will get sick and could die. They need to be warm and not bounce around, which is not easy when it is a cold long bumpy drive. Brandon was aware of how to handle this. His drivers kept their vehicle hot throughout the ride, held our beardie in her travel carrier in front with them the entire time. These drivers encountered terrible weather, rain, ice and snow along the way. Despite this, they picked up on time, updated us along the way with texts and photos, and dropped off on time. They drove it all in one day and our beardie was delivered safely, warm and calm. This was not your usual transport. Most people would not know how to successfully transport reptiles or other exotic pets, but Demon Dawgs had no problem. We are so grateful to Brandon and his team for transporting our Beardie Rex and belongings to us safe and sound. I would highly recommend their services if you want your pet to be well taken care of. Thank you so much Tamara! I was very nervous to transport our 8 year old poodle mix across country but Tamara calmed my nerves when I saw how she interacted with our dog. The 10-15 minutes sitting at the airport to make sure he was safe and comfortable in the transport crate helped immensely. Then as airline after airline delay and change occurred she constantly communicated via text and calls to both myself and my parents who where picking up the dog. Great service for sure. Reasonable price for shipping my cat from Syracuse to Jersey City. My friend could not help me take care of my baby anymore while I am on travel.
