Our experience with Holly was fantastic. She arrived exactly on time and last minute we changed the final destination on her and it was no problem at all. Also, we changed how soon we wanted the dogs and she immediately accommodated that also. Our dogs are a little high maintenance but Holly handled them so well. Holly has a very calming personality. We would definitely use Holly again and we would definitely highly recommend her to anyone wanting their precious cargo transported. I want to provide a higher score because I do understand how difficult it can be dealing with a carsick pup but I was just really sad to see the state of Chance’s crate upon arrival. I knew Chance was not feeling well almost the entire trip but it was really hard for me to see that he was sleeping in a crate with puke covering his bed and his blankets. Had the extent of the situation been communicated to me, I wouldn’t have minded if it was just tossed. I also felt like the driver could have been more communicative the entire trip. For 8 days I would maybe hear from him once/day and he never seemed to have a set plan. From the start it was difficult to even have a date set for when they would arrive. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 is because, despite everything that I saw, Chance seemed to really like Chris at the end and he seemed to feel safe with him. So I appreciate the bond he was able to build with Chance.

I don’t write reviews much…ever. In fact, I hate doing this. But the safety of the pets, and Juanita's safety are both paramount to me, so this review comes from a place of tremendous love and respect. The goods: I have the puppy - she is safe, and she seems well cared for. Juanita was mostly honest with me throughout the trip and I truly believe she loved my dog like her own. She was a very kind human. The not so goods: I’m not sure why, given her stellar transport history here, but Juanita struggled with this trip. On pick up day, she said she’d be there at 12. Which turned to 3 because of personal problems, which turned to 6, and then to 8. Despite telling me repeatedly, she’d be here sooner, she was only able to make it about 2.5-3hrs each day which resulted in significant delays (and a lot of stress and worry). She detoured out of her way to visit a friend, telling me she’d be there for a few hours to grab a shower and rest for a bit, and ended up staying for the entire day, and spending the night because she was too exhausted to drive. After that, she’d only make it 30 minutes to an hour before stopping for 1-2 hours to rest. I ended up pulling the plug on the transport when she ran her car off the road because she admittedly fell asleep at the wheel (she had made it only half way to her destination after three full days en route). She told me this was not the first time this had happened on this trip. I found out later that she also hit the gate at the home where she picked the puppy up. I sent friends to pick the puppy up half way through the transport, because I did not feel safe. When they arrived, Juanita showed them several other damages on her vehicle that she had incurred on past transports. She was getting her car jumpstarted by a stranger when they arrived. I hope she is okay -But the truth is, I don’t think it’s safe for her to be transporting pets until she gets it sorted out. And I do not think her vehicle is safe at this time either. It's in pretty rough shape. The long and short of it is, Juanita is a very kind person who clearly loves animals. But I do not feel she is safe to transport them at this time.

During the trip, Amada kept communication with me the whole time. I didn't even have to ask. She sent videos and photos. She took care of his medicine and also, she gave him a lot of love. Patan really enjoyed his stay at the pet friendly hotels, and he looked very enthusiastic about his trip. I cannot recommend Amanda more. I definitely will trust Amanda again to transport Patan back to New York. Thank you Amanda
