Worst experience I could possibly imagine. Communication was utterly terrible, and they were 2 days late from the perceived time they were supposed to be arriving to me. I hadn’t heard from them in a day, called and texted, and thought they had gotten into a wreck. They responded at 5am one night shacked up in a hotel. They have my puppy’s papers and medical records, and refuse to send them to me. I have them on camera taking it from my home in GA, and not handing it to me in my home in PA. They lied and claimed they never got it even AFTER I TOLD THEM I HAD IT ON VIDEO. Then without apologizing proceeded to claim they’d mail it out- that was over a week ago, and they blocked me. If I don’t receive the paperwork in the mail within the week, I will be contacting the police since I do have them on my security cameras. They lied every step of the whole experience. I’m an influencer, and posted all the messages and security cameras solely knowing everyone would get a kick out of how insanely unprofessional this was. Please do not ship with them.
