Let me just start by saying she is amazing! Originally was supposed to pick up my baby on the weekend but something came up and asked her if she was open to earlier pickup if needed and man am I so glad I chose her! My dog fell in love with her the instant he saw her. Once picked up she made sure to ask plenty of questions and assured me many potty breaks would be taken. This trip was the smoothest trip I’ve ever had because of her. We planned for Sunday night delivery (Friday night pickup) but my dog was such a good boy that it gave her the chance to cut time down off the trip! She ended up arriving Saturday night (from Florida to Kentucky) she sent me plenty pictures and if I could give her more stars I would! Definitely recommend using her if you want peace of mind! So grateful and will go for her again if I ever need !! You won’t regret it!

Alex was amazing she communicated the whole time and when something came up that she had to change the ship day she made it very fair. I would book with her again. I am extremely satisfied. Claude was incredibly good with my goldendoodle the entire way. He was professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced and empathetic towards what would make my boy the most comfortable during the trip. Prior to the shipment, Claude told me it is not uncommon for pets to jump back in his car even after arriving home--and that is precisely what my boy did when he came home! He greeted me and the family, obviously ecstatic, before quickly jumping back into Claude's car! I cannot recommend him enough. He has a lifelong client in me. His pricing beats out the competition, his deliveries are expedient and safe, and he will take good care of your dog. Do yourself a favor and just choose him already.

Talisa transported our dog, two bunnies, and chinchilla from Washington to Michigan! This was her first time traveling with a chinchilla and she did amazing! She made sure to ask questions to make sure that she knew how to care for him. I really enjoyed the updates throughout their trip. We got videos each day of the pets along with a phone call to let us know how all of them were doing. Initially my husband and I were weary of having someone take our dog because he is almost two and a lot to handle. He’s a great dane, labrador retriever, american pit bull terrier and weighs about 80 pounds. Talisa had some trouble at the start of the trip because he loves to pull the leash and drag whoever is on the other end. After the first day he got used to the routine and was great for her the rest of the way. I would definitely recommend Talisa to anyone that needs their pets transported!

Radio did an amazing job. My brother recently died of covid and his beloved cat ended up at a animal clinic. I needed someone right away to get the cat from the clinic before they sent him to the pound. Radio not only went right away to get kitty he then delivered him within 24hrs. Jen was fantastic from start to finish! Super responsive, was able to coordinate pickup with our puppy's breeder, and had same day drop off even with a 7 hour drive. The fact that Jen is a former vet tech made us extremely comfortable when selecting our courier. She picked up on a small health issue that our breeder's vet noted without us even mentioning it and offered to address it given her experience which was greatly appreciated. She even brought along her son who was able to sit in the backseat with the pup the entire way to keep him company. Great updates throughout the trip with pictures and communication, and she also bought the pup an extra toy out of her own generosity. All in all, I would highly recommend Jen to transport your pet! Patrick's quote was the lowest, almost half what some others quoted. His timeline also was the best fit, and he provides the crates and bowls. He only had a couple of other reviews, but they were 5-star, so I decided to take a chance. As it turns out, we couldn't have had a better experience. Patrick's communication was top-notch. He kept us apprised of his plans up until pickup, and then gave us the link to track him by GPS. He sent pics and videos of our new puppy the whole way. Apparently, she wasn't too thrilled about being in a crate, and so she howled and cried the whole time in there; he ended up driving halfway across the country with her sitting on his or his partner's lap. That kind of service is above and beyond what we expected. We felt very comfortable knowing our new puppy was in Patrick's care. If we ever need pet transport again, Patrick will be the only person I call. Thank you Patrick!!!
