Everyone involved, from the booking, business office and most importantly, the care of our beloved 5 year old black lab mix, responded quickly and courteously. This is a very long trip under the best of circumstances, and due to mechanical problems with the original vehicle, it was delayed 3-4 days longer than expected. The rating is 4 stars because I don't know if any of the vehicle problems could have been prevented with standard maintenance. Most importantly, the drivers Aliyah and Ty, drove safely and obviously love animals; they treat your pet like it is their own. I would use this service again to support a small, family owned business.The affordable rates were greatly appreciated.

John is a great, caring guy! He took excellent care of Luna and made sure to give updates every three hours. I would definitely recommend having him transport your fury friend wherever it is you’re going! I felt safe the whole time they were on the road. We contracted with Olivia for a car and dog transport cross country. She was professional courteous and responsive. She was one of the only individual’s that contacted me immediately. Her rate was fair and appropriate. During the ride we received updates and locations where she was staying as well as frequent pictures of our family dog. She stopped frequently for the dog and when aspen arrived she was happy and extremely well cared for. I like most Individuals was hesitant in this transaction but Olivia made this a seamless and painless as possible. 10 stars !! You will not find anyone better

We were in a situation where we needed a quick transport half way across the country to bring my elderly aunt’s dog to my brother’s house. The whole Demon Dawgs crew was fantastic. It is a family operation and one of their drivers was able to pick Smokey up in Oregon within a couple of days and take him to Wyoming. The GPS tracking was super helpful for peace of mind since we had so many people involved in getting Smokey to his new home. Tina was very communicative and made everything easy for us…it was door to door service. Smokey is now in his new home and doing very well!

I had never used these types of services in the past so naturally I was apprehensive. Chance was very honest, kind and patient he answered all of my questions and best of all he worked with my budget. Ot was important to us to have Our buddy Joey by Christmas and he was more than willing to do that and he did!! Chance was constantly in communication, sent us pictures and even shared his gps location with me! He did not place my Joey in his kennel through out the trip, he placed Joey in the back seat with Joey’s blanket as if he were his own pet. It’s small details like that that meant the world to me :-D. Once Chance made the delivery he was super friendly to me and my husband and our Joey even snuggled up against him to say thank you and goodbye to Chance that was so nice to see! They were very courteous yet professional. Setting up a schedule that worked for all three parties was easy as f efficient. Their rates were excellent and transfer of the dogs from owner to them to me was effectively done. The puppies were kept comfortably in a crate in the warm car. Miguel is so nice and overall amazing! I wasn’t able to bring my little one on the plane (she’s 30 lbs) and I found Miguel just a few days before the move. He picked my little one up from daycare, took all her things and sent lots of videos and pictures a long the way. The van was very clean and spacious, the travel crates were also a great size and lots of room to sprawl out. I also loved how you could track the car a long the way (even shows his speed! ) and he made sure to tell you where he was stopping along the way. I’ve never used a shipping company before and I’m so thankful I found Miguel. He got my little girl home in just 2 days and right in time for Christmas—Thanks so much!
