Talisa is beyond awesome!!! Talisa started communicating with me from the time I accepted her bid to the delivery of my pet turtle. When she arrived she showed me the inside of her camper and discussed in detail on how to care for my turtle. I was getting constant videos, pictures, and updates throughout the journey to the destination. She took my turtle from Illinois to Arizona and made sure that the turtle was comfortable. Not only did she just transport and deliver.....Talisa even filled out the required paperwork (that I needed to do), went into the sanctuary, and took pictures of my turtle in her new home. She took the extra measures to reassure the turtle was safe and in her new home. She went above and beyond, showing that she really cares!! I Highly recommended and couldn't be more thankful to her! Some transportation services will offer very cheap solutions, and you really do get what you pay for. If you don't want your beloved family member stacked on crates upon crates of other strange animals on a truck for days, go with Phelicia. She is one-on-one, and takes great care with your pet during what would normally be a very stressful process for both the pet and owner. After days of looking into services to transport my pup to her old family home, I was frustrated by all the suspiciously cheap quotes and vague timeframe details. I finally found Phelicia and got nothing but good vibes and no worries or red flags: she offers private transportation, safely and fast live gps tracked worry-free delivery. She was very transparent though the whole process and sent me dozens of updates from start to finish. She drove my dog from Illinois to lower Florida within a day, and made sure to accomodate my pet's special needs, treating her as if she were her own loved one. To say that you will be extremely satisfied with Barry's level of care, is an understatement. He is phenomenal! 20/10 rating because not only does he have consistent communication and videos to put you at ease, his love for animals is so evident. Literally my dog started whining when he left...which said it all!! I felt so safe and secure with my German Shepherd in his care. I was moving which is already so stressful so the fact that I could breathe knowing my dog was being loved and driven safely by this gentleman put my heart at ease. If you may be concerned by price or anything, don't be! It is worth every penny for the level of care Barry provides. I look forward to any trips my pup may need in the future simply knowing Barry will be the guy I call first. As a pet parent, you are making the right choice by picking him and I do not say that lightly. Ofcoarse we want the best for our fur babies, and I wouldn't recommend him if I did not stand behind it 100%, and I do. If you have any questions or concerns he is eager to answer them. My experience with Barbara was great. She drove my 9 year old Corgi from Florida to California and got him there in a little over 4 days time. She keeps you up to date with locations and pictures and offers an extremely fair and competitive price for great service. The dogs are able to ride along without being kenneled and are able to sit and rest comfortably. Communication is prompt and friendly, payment is easy and the animals are cared for and happy. Roy is the kindest and most patient man. He drove to pick up the cat and the people could not get him in the carrier. Roy was so kind and said to let him know when the cat was captured and he would go then. The first was a wasted attempt and he drove over an hour to not even be able to get him and make the drive. He did not get upset and cared so much about helping us. Background on situation: I had to move my mom from AZ to CA with no warning. We were unable to find her 5th cat. We had to leave him and her friend whose property she lived on worked on catching him. He wasn’t doing well feeling abandoned and alone. Roy went above and beyond to help reunite my moms cat with my mom. We met 2 hours from my home and Roy was there on time with a big smile on his face. My moms cat was calm and not stressed out at all. I highly recommend Roy. He cares about the animals and its not just a paycheck for him. He is the nicest guy you will ever meet and will insure your animals or belongings arrive safely. I couldn’t have been happier with choosing him. Now my blind mom can relax since she has all of her fur babies.

Jim did a great job keeping us updated from the start. Traffic delayed his arrival, but he let us know in a timely manner. Once “package” was picked up we received lots of pictures of Ziggy out at rest stops. We were kept informed the whole way. Ziggy seemed very well cared for and happy when he arrived to us after a long trip. While working out end of trip details ziggy even jumped back into the minivan a couple of times. Couldn’t have been too traumatic. Would definitely use DTD services again!

Jason set up my phone so I could constantly see where they were thru the whole trip. Jason slept in my SUV with my girls and always sent me pictures along the way. The pit in my stomach vanished. If you're looking for someone to transport a motorcycle, look elsewhere... Booking process was quick and easy. Everything was "yes. We guarantee full satisfaction... yada yada yada." We set up a pickup time. I was messaged 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time and told they would be late due to traffic then didn't hear anything for another 2 hours. The following day, the driver was over 30 minutes late for pickup without notice which made me late for work. They were made aware of my work schedule when we rescheduled. It was only the driver that came. No one else to help load. When the two of us couldn't load it by ourselves, he asked if I would want to drive the bike up a 6" wide ramp into the bed of a pickup truck...that was a hell no from me. My landlord noticed we were struggling and helped. The bike was then rested on the kick stand (no wheel chuck) and strapped down with ratchet straps (which we had to show the driver how to use). The straps were run straight across. Nothing pulling to the left to keep it from tipping. I should have gone with my gut and told him to unload it right then and there but I trusted that everything would be ok. That was a mistake. Driver left with my bike in tow and not even a mile away from being picked up, the bike fell over. After seeing this, I asked the driver to take it back and unload it. I cancelled the shipment. I was later messaged and told that they have wheel chucks but choose not to use them sometimes. They also seemed upset that I canceled a "shipment in progress" and essentially wasted their time. Although they claim to be experienced with towing bikes, I was not left with that impression. Would NOT recommend!
