I was hesitant about booking someone that didn’t have any reviews and then after speaking to so many people that sent me bids I went back to Bill. It was clear that he was very different from the rest. My dog was not able to travel with other animals as she is a rescue and does not do well with other pets. Even the VIP service I was about to pay for was still not by herself. Bill and I had a call to review all the logistics of taking my Xena from NJ to Arizona where we moved. Bill was attentive to everything I needed from picking her up to her demeanor what to expect from her and he was completely understanding and knowledgeable as to everything that I will as concerned with. Xena made it here with her new BFF in record time with updates and pictures along the way. It’s very obvious that he is doing this because this is his passion not as a business. I can tell you from my experience that your loved one will be in the best hands if you choose Bill. I would highly recommend Bill for anyone who wants the best experience in caring hands.

Duncan transported our dog from Rhode Island to Colorado recently. It was difficult to send her off with a stranger. However, Duncan took the time to come to our home the night before they left, to meet our dog and our family to get to know us a bit. We spent time in the camper so our dog could could get familiar with her home for the next week. Our dog is older and has trouble getting up and down to the passenger seat Duncan provided her with steps and a platform so she could do it easier and be able to sit next to him during the trip. Duncan took excellent care of her and sent us pictures throughout the entire trip daily so we knew she was doing well. You can trust Duncan with your beloved pet or your personal possessions. Jeanette did an amazing job! I highly recommend her to transport your fur babies. Great communication before and during transport. Sweet pea was well taken care of. Sweet pea is a nervous rider. She came back a more confident car rider. Jeanette and her travel partner (both big dog lovers) made sure Sweet pea had plenty of space and she even spent some time with sweet pea in the back seat to make sure she was comfortable. I feel you can always tell how great of a job some one does, if your dog is happy and gives them a kiss good bye. Sweet pea adjusted back to normal faster than any other trip she has taken. Jeanette even turned back around to return sweet peas toy. Even though we told her it was okay. Jeanette went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you again.

They moved my 12 week old kitten Bastet from California to Michigan. They communicated with me the entire time. Sent pictures, and were super nice. Bastet seemed to enjoy her ride and was bubbly and in good spirits when she arrived. Thank you for getting my girl to me safely. I only recommend that if you’re transporting a cat with them for a long trip to have a litter box for them so they aren’t forced to go in their carrier because they probably won’t go on the rest stops. ? If I could, I would give this zero stars. I don't know if the reviews below are fake but my experience has been terrible. I booked my dog to be driven from Atlanta to New York and he was never picked up after about 4 delays and 3 days. And the night "Dawn" was supposed to come after delaying the pickup by 2 days, she says she got into a car accident about 30 minutes after telling me she's "almost there". She also asked me to pay a deposit before picking up my dog not to secure the booking but because she "ran out of gas". The deposit was for $225 so this was bad judgement on my part. After all the delays and excuses, I asked for my deposit back and a cancellation of the trip. Since the 'accident' her phone got 'shut off' because her 'ex' did not pay the phone bills. I have since not received my deposit back and not heard from her about it either.

NOT ONLY DID SHE DELAY PICKUP BY OVER AN ENTIRE 28 HOURS, BUT SHE ARRIVED AT MY HOME AND WAS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE FROM THE MOMENT SHE ARRIVED. SHE WAS ANGRY WHEN SHE SAW THAT MY DOGS HAD CRATES??????? AND SAID SHE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH ROOM IN HER UTILITY VAN TO TRANSPORT THEIR CRATES AS WELL AS THEIR FOOD?????? EVEN THOUGH THE CRATES BREAK DOWN. SHE SHOWED ME THE BACK OF HER VAN AND IT WAS DISGUSTING AND DIRTY AND SHE STATED THAT SHE HAD TO SLEEP IN THE VAN AS WELL. WHICH I AM CONCERNED ABOUT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT A VAN THAT HAS BEEN CONVERTED, BUT JUST A UTILITY VAN SO I SUPPOSE SHE EXPECTED THE ANIMALS TO SLEEP IN A FREEZING UTILITY VAN. SHE ALSO A LIAR. SHE IS NOT USING AN RV. SHE IS USING A COLD METAL-LINED WHITE UTILITY VAN. SHE IS FALSEY ADVERTISING. WHICH IS EXTREMELY PROBLEMATIC. ADDITIONALLY SHE SHOWED ME THE CRATES SHE PLANNED TO PUT MY 62 LB DOGS IN AND THEY WERE INCREDIBLY SMALL AND WERE UNSAFE FOR DOGS MY SIZE. SHE ENDED UP STORMING AWAY SPEEDING THROUGH MY NEIGHBORHOOD AT 3 AM AFTER SHE DECIDED SHE WAS NOT GOING TO TRANSPORT MY ANIMALS ALL THE WHILE SCREAMING HOW EXHAUSTED SHE IS FROM DRIVING THE LAST 14 HOURS. SHE THEN STATED THAT IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO COMMUNICATE TO HER THAT MY DOGS NEEDED TO BE TRANSPORTED WITH THEIR FOOD AND THEIR CRATES. WHEN I EXPRESSED THAT I BELIEVED THAT WAS THE STANDARD SO I DIDNT MENTION IT, AND AS A BUSINESS OWNER, SHE SHOULD HAVE ASKED THOSE VERY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS BEFORE ACCEPTING THE JOB, SHE FLIPPED OUT AND SAID SHE WAS ONLY GETTING PAID TO SHIP DOGS, NOT THEIR SUPPLIES. I AM REPORTING HER TO THE AUTHORITIES FOR CONCERNS OF ANIMAL ENDANGERMENT. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON WITH YOUR ANIMALS. BASED ON HER UNRULY BEHAVIOR, I WOULD NOT PUT IT PAST SOMEONE LIKE HER TO BE AGGRESSIVE WITH YOUR ANIMALS. THIS ENTIRE INTERACTION WAS CAPTURED ON SECURITY VIDEO AS SHE WAS ON MY PROPERTY. I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO SHARE THE FOOTAGE.

Rick was very accommodating to our needs. He provided updates along the way and was very attentive to the traveler, taking care of our kitty as if he was his own. Very nice lady! Updates were very good as they cross the country! Text and photos ?. I have no big issues with her transport. So, why not five stars. Because, just hours before the pick up, beside the $600 she advertise on transporting him. She sends me a contract that added $40.00 per night hotel fee. I felt the hotel fee should had been included in the bid, not a surprise just hours before pick up. So beside her body price of $600 there was a booking fee of $129.00 + $200 Hotel fee +$69.00 tax for a grand total of $998.00. She said all the information was on her portfolio, but if your bidding for a job, your price should include everything. Not low bid it, then add extra.
