Josh was excellent, he went above and beyond to get my three babies (kitties) to me. They were flying into LAX from Russia and there was a delay of two days from the original arrival date and Josh was able to still get them. He made sure to check in with me every step of the way. This was new to both of us, international pick ups, so he had to do more work then normal and he will never know how grateful I am. He made sure they were safe and happy as drove them from LAX to Idaho as well, even letting them out in the hotel to play and get some loving from him. Not only did he send me updates, he also sent pics several times. I was so worried about my babies, but once Josh had them the worry was gone. Josh will take awesome care of whatever it is need picked up and delivered. He is a man of integrity, a man of his word.

Canceled on me and has not given me back my refund. First it was all; yes yes whatever you need, they even came down on their bid. Once I accepted their bid I immediately sent over the deposit via PayPal. They had issues getting their money because PayPal put a hold on it so they refunded and I sent via Venmo. They drove (from I don't know where to) meet me 3 days before the transport and they got here without the correct hitch; inspected everything inside and out and said that the trailer was too heavy that they couldn't do it. They said they would refund to "not worry". I waited and waited sending several messages and was told "they would do it later because they were driving" at 9pm I received a PARTIAL refund. I reached out with no response. Sent several messages with no response. Next day I messages and called with no answer. Still missing $300 from my $800 deposit. DO NOT TRUST

Google Maps crapped out on us while he was in southern Illinois, but he kept me apprised of where he was by text. Google still showed him in Illinois when he was sitting in my driveway in Tennessee!
