Allow me to start by telling you how my day began. I traveled from another state to purchase a motorcycle. I contacted AAA two days prior to confirm that they can tow my newly acquired motorcycle back home. The rep said of course we can do that. When I arrived and called AAA they said that my membership does not cover it. I was at a loss. I needed to figure out a way to get this motorcycle back home. I was driving a Mini Cooper so a trailer was not going to work. I called tow truck companies but the prices were crazy for same day. And those with fair prices offered to do the job within a few days. I then posted in the citizenshipper site and was contacted by Robert. I told me that he was heading up in that direction he just needed to find a trailer. Within an hour he’s was able to locate a trailer load the motorcycle and drop it off to the destination while the sun was still up. It was a pleasure to speak with him and hear his stories of travel. He cared for my motorcycle as if it was his own. If you ever have the opportunity to work with him I hope this review makes the choice much easier.

Great service, very quick, he sent videos and pictures of my doggo Bandit all along the way, he left from El Paso, to Waco Texas, then to Pine Hills FL, one very long long drive, and he was quite fast. In the videos I could tell Bandit was very happy, he was not stressed in the least, I mentioned his favorite treat was goldfish, and Hezee bought him his own bag of them, I spoke with him outside of my house for abit, he is a very friendly guy, and I would recommend them to everyone, and they only initially charged me 500.00. Unfortunately on my end, Bandit chewed through the poor man's seat belt of his new Mustang GT, but that will be replaced in the near future. Hands down 10 stars, not 5.

This was my first time using CitizenShipper and I am very pleased with the outcome. Dustin contacted me and worked within my budget. I entrusted him to pick up and deliver a vintage hood for my very rare classic car across the US (from NJ to CA). TLDR - we love Jacqueline! This was the best experience! We were very picky with who we trusted to make the 14 hour trip from Chicago to NYC with our pet. Jacquelin immediately stood out because of her experience and approach to the trip - putting the dog in a comfortable hammock in the backseat with toys, treats etc and giving them plenty of walk breaks along the way. Jacquelin couldn’t have made the process any more smooth or seamless. She had excellent communication from pre-trip to post trip (texts and updates!) paid so much attention to detail, treated our dog like her own, and was just genuinely a pleasant and lovely person. We will be recommending Jacquelin to all of our friends and family and hope to work with her again for future trips!
