Our driver picked up our brand new puppy and delivered him to us from across the state. The drive, for a handful of reasons (unrelated to the service), ended up taking twice as long as it should have and our driver was nothing but kind and professional. We were updated on when our driver got to the breeder, we got a picture when they were officially on the road, and then occasional ETA updates and pictures to keep us up to date. We have never used citizenshipper or any service like this before, but we were very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely use them again!). ** and to drive home how impressed and appreciate we were of his patience and understanding…. Our driver picked up our puppy at 8pm and had an estimated arrival time to drop him off to us around 11:30 pm… It was just before 3am when they pulled in (again, through no fault of their own). The way all of the hiccups and unexpected snags were taken in stride points to the fact that this is more than just a job… and that’s the kind of compassion you want for a job like this. I’d highly recommend!

Deanna was amazing. If you are in need of someone to transport your furry kids, look no further. She is kind, caring, and trustworthy. She stepped in when my original transporter had emergency surgery and came up with a creative solution to fit me into her schedule. She communicated closely with me about my 3 cats and old blind/deaf pupper, what their needs were, and how to best transport them. During the time she had my guys, she kept me up to date with texts and phone calls on how they were doing. She also provided a link to track her location, which was great! We were moving at the same time, so it was a stressful period but knowing my pets were with her made it so much easier. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better, easier, more positive experience.
