Started a week ago picked up motorcycle at 2:00 am motorcycle won't fit on trailer it was explained that it was a Can Am Spyder. The bike fell off trailer when loading. Communication was horrible. Driver had a deer strike, car broke down day after day where is my Spyder was told we are on our way we will be there on time. Still very little communication called a few time to get update we are on our way. Was told we will be there by 9:00-10:30. Started calling again we are on our way shower up at 3:00 in the morning and could care less was the attitude that's the way it is. Lost the key started looking for the key. Both drivers started cleaning the car out left trash and cigarette butts on street (yes really) Finally found key and got the bike off finally at 5:00. The wife has a very very bad attitude very unprofessional. I will never ever use citizen shipper and I will make sure none of my friends use this service. The worst service I have ever had. And he had the gall to ask me for the last payment after almost a week to go from Virginia to Florida.

Seriously, she is phenomenal. Wonderful communication. She took amazing care of our dog. She was upfront and timely. Also - we completely messed up. After travelling with a newborn, we fell asleep and our doorbell in our new place was broken, so we slept through our meeting time. She literally waited at the front door for HOURS for us to wake up and pick up our dog. Any other person would've left or penalized us, but she was kind about it. Again, she waited for hours in the middle of the night for us (without any knowledge as to when we'd wake up and whether we'd wake up) and when I finally saw her messages and calls, she was there, waiting for us. She is a life-saver and an excellent dog transporter. I would 100000% hire her again. Thank you for everything. I am so deeply sorry for how badly we screwed up and slept in. She set up the whole back of the SUV just for them! A litter box, food and water bowls and harnesses to keep them safe when opening the back! Now, after telling her how not aggressive my cats were, my boy cat proceeded to destroy my right arm while trying to escape the back of her SUV. This was not a smooth start at all. Then, along the way, one of my girls managed to wiggle out of her harness and pop up into the backseat while she was driving. JoDee calmly pulled over, got her back in with the others and got back underway. This is all to say that, in spite of being way more difficult to wrangle than I had anticipated, JoDee kept them safe, fed and watered and kept in contact with me all along the way. There’s no way I could have handled any of that on my own and I am SO grateful that I chose her. I had a great experience with Susan. I moved from NC to CA and couldn't fly my dog like we would have wanted because of breed restrictions. Susan was very responsive from the start. As soon as I book I got her phone number and she gave me an introductory call. It took a bit longer than we expected to get our dog but we weren't bothered because she was literally going from one end of the country to another. I do not think there was a day where I didn't get an update with pictures. My dog always looked happy and well taken care off in the pictures. The updates didn't include where she was at location wise but all I had to do was ask her and she would give me a run down of the days ahead. He also worked with me with the scheduling and was always available for communication. He kept me updated throughout the trip. And when he arrived he didnt just drop her off, but stayed awhile to make sure the pup was ready to leave the crate when she was comfortable. That is probably the biggest thing that stood out, that even though he was in the middle of deliveries, he took his time and put the animal first. First class! Thank you John!
